I have been calling since January to book an appointment. They never seem to have opening what so ever. Here we are September 13 . Still nothing.

Absolutely horrible experience. Got 2 of my wisdom teeth out. Only local anesthetic so I was awake the entire time, the sound of the pliers cracking my teeth is still in my head. Given a prescription big bottle of Tylenol for pain relief (for 2 teeth cracked and removed from my head). When I came back 6 hours later crying and still in pain I was examined and told to go to whole foods to get clove oil to do a flush. That would be better than prescribing actual pain relief during a medical procedure. Will never let them near my teeth again, I will go out of state first

Stay clear from this place!! My mom was there last November to get a root canal, a partial bridge, and a filling. The dentist sent her home the day before thanksgiving under so much anesthesia and forgot to send her pain meds to the pharmacy by nightfall her face swelled up to the size of a watermelon and she could barely move from the pain. As the days passed she realized that he never took out her old bridge but instead did a root canal through her old bridge, the paste he used oozed and left a bitter taste that to date she can still taste, and the edge was sharp and kept cutting her gum. She's been in pain ever since- she's gone back twice to complain about the pain/taste and the dentist said there was a small infection but that it would go away ON ITS OWN and insisted she's fine. He went as far as claiming it to be another medical issue. To be on the safe side we took my mom to her primary doctor who had a full face xray done with nothing else up as wrong, he concluded it to be a dental issue but sent her to an ENT to also be safe, they also concluded it all goes back to dental. Today we went to see a whole other dental practice who showed us in a very large screen that the dentist at Blackstone dental broke her tooth, has had a massive infection that has been there for a long time, and the tooth he claims to have filled was never filled. My mom, being a diabetic has had a live infection for over eight months and it's all thanks to this place. The receptionist are also rude seem annoyed when you asked for an appointment. In my opinion, this place should have its license revoked and be shut down for negligence.

This use to be the best place to go Now you can not get anything done They are way over booked You are lucky if you get a appointment within a few months Then they will tell you to call for a appointment It's starts alll over again They canceled on me I had to wait another few months You will never get the care you need if you have more then one issue.I called in March She told me to call back in May for appointment I have been going there for over 15 years I am suffering with a toothache I asked if they could send me in antibiotics Nope to bad

I've had serious issues with my teeth (bad root canal, bad crown, gingivitis) and started coming here a year ago. My experience has been amazing, the hygienists and dentists are really great at just talking to you about the issues you're dealing with and how to solve them. They're direct but not cold or even mean, (I've had some REALLY bad dental experiences, and if you have had a dentist talk to you like you're dumb or their disappointed because of the situation you're in, you understand.) I feel like I can actually deal with these issues now. I think this office is the blueprint for patient care.

I was just on hold for 40 minutes I took a call for 2 minutes kept them on hold when I returned i heard "if you can hear me say something, I say hello and they hang up on me.

Dentis where great but the receptionist is the worts every time i go they tell me they dont have nothing open for an extraction for my wofe while she was "looking" 2 other person got the appointment worst person my sons 1st appointment was great then the doctor said to make an appointment for 6 months and guest what she has nothing for 6 month from now !!!!! Over all worst experiences ever

Dentis where great but the receptionist is the worts every time i go they tell me they dont have nothing open for an extraction for my wofe while she was "looking" 2 other person got the appointment worst person my sons 1st appointment was great then the doctor said to make an appointment for 6 months and guest what she has nothing for 6 month from now !!!!! Over all worst experiences ever

Worst dentistry I've ever been to, when they decide to answer their phones they put you on a perpetual hold when you call them ( I guess they don't need the business or follow busy restaurant practices) . They rush you out like a car wash and they never follow up to remind you of an appointment. It should be called CALL AVOIDANCE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS DENTISTRY. I hate to think their problem is anything besides high volume but then again I was one of the few white people in their clientele so maybe they have race issues (most of the clients were Hispanic).

I had to go to Blackstone dental to take my wisdom tooth out Dr Jan and Elizabeth were awsome they took good care of me made me feel happy and comfortable all while extracting my broken wisdom tooth with no problems thank you guys so much I will be going back for the other 3 really recommend them

First time here for a routine check and had a really good experience. Was out in 45 minutes with all my future appointments set up. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend it. (Appointments are usually made 1-2 months in advance though)
