Dr. Joshua R. Gibbons attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University. He frequently attends CE courses in subjects including endodontics, oral surgery, dental implants, and pharmacology. Our dentist is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Gibbons goal is to make sure that patients are comfortable in every step of their visit. It is important to him that our patients clearly understand their options so they can make the best decisions for their health.Before dental school, Dr. Gibbons served an LDS mission in Los Angeles, speaking Spanish. He and his wife, Emily, have four children, Lydia, Will, Jack, and Noah. They are excited to be in this area. When not in the office, Dr. Gibbons enjoys sports, camping, and cooking. He also enjoys riding bikes, camping, and swimming with his family.

Dr. Miles and the ladies in the office were great. Dr. Miles provided me with all my options and let me decide what I wanted to do. I would recommend Dr. Miles and Blackrock Dental to anybody that needs a dentist.

I LOVE Blackrock Dental! The receptionists, the hygienist, the dentist are all incredible!!! I've been going there for almost 10 years and they continue to amaze me!! They don't look for problems. They prevent problems!! I TRUST everyone at Blackrock Dental and know they will always take care of me. I've referred family and friends and I'll continue to refer family and friends to Blackrock Dental. 10/10

I have been going to Blackrock for 2-3 years now and have had only positive experiences. Everyone is always so friendly! Jennie and Natalie have been my hygienists and both of them are so wonderful--my cleanings are quick and stress free every time. The interactions between all of the doctors, hygienists, assistants, and receptionists are always friendly too, which makes the atmosphere inviting. I highly recommend Blackrock!
