Dr. Patel earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. He went on to receive further training and completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. He also completed a second year of residency through the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He is a member of the Columbus Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and American Dental Association.

Went in for deep cleaning approx. a year ago. I had one side done, but I never went back for the other side. What I thought was her being thorough, she was actually stripping away the enamel. My mouth hasn't been right since. My teeth are now very sensitive to hot and cold now. And I'm in constant pain EVER SINCE I left that office. I definitely came out worse than I went in.

This was my first visit to Blacklick Creek Dental. I'm so happy I chose to become a patient here. The staff are super nice, the office is very clean and bright. Desiree was my hygienist and she was so sweet. Dr C was super pleasant, explained everything clearly as to what I need to have done and in what order. Just overall a fabulous vibe and a great experience. I look forward to my next appointment!!

Blacklick Creek Dental is so friendly, thorough, and very accommodating. You feel like you are visiting with old friends when you go. They keep a very good watch on what's going on with my teeth and don't do anything that doesn't need done.
