Dr. Cade Baldwin grew up in Blackfoot and graduated from Snake River High School, Ricks College, and Idaho State University. He received this DDS from Indiana University in 2003, and then returned to southeastern Idaho to practice dentistry. Cade is the son of Van and Sally Baldwin. He has been married to his beautiful wife Cari, who also grew up in southeast Idaho, for 21 years. They have four wonderful daughters whom they enjoy spending time with hunting, riding horses, playing sports, and other various outdoor activities. Dr. Baldwin is excited to be practicing dentistry in Blackfoot where he grew up surrounded by family and friends.

I am glad we chose to go to Blackfoot Family Dentistry! They are always professional and take the time to answer my questions. They are very thorough and my teeth have never been cleaned so well! My 9 year old LOVES going to the dentist. I appreciate their patience and kindness when helping him. 5 stars!!

I have never waited longer than 2-3 min in the lobby after arrival. I'm in and out quick, he dentist and hygienist are great. The lounge is very nice and I couldn't be happier with the service.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY! From the moment I walked into Blackfoot Family Dentistry today I could tell that I chose a great dentist! The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is comfortable and beautiful! My hygienist was excellent, also! Gentle, professional, and fun to talk with! Dr. Baldwin is professional and friendly!
