I love this place already! All the staff are so friendly and make you feel like they genuinely care about you! I was currently bringing my kids to a different orthodontist but when I was ready to get braces put on, I started shopping around because of the prices, needless to say, Blackburn saved me money and gave me other options I didn't know I had! Thanks

I had an excellent experience at Blackburn Orthodontics. Dr. Blackburn and the staff were all very welcoming and nice. They took the time to walk me through my treatments and answer all of my questions.

Communication from staff was very poor. The Invisalign/3M process was not discussed, which led to frustration mid treatment, due to not understanding additional trays would be provided. Reliability issues with the equipment, had both permanent retainers fall out in less than 3 months after installation, and they even tried to charge for reinstallation of their 'permanent' retainer, which price was not discussed prior to reinstallation. After losing my bottom retainer, I was told that a new one would need to be reprinted, if lost, and that could take 6 weeks, which would cause more teeth shifting. 5 months after initial installation of permanent retainers, gaps in teeth are already starting to show in-between teeth where the permanent retainer end.

Love this place 10/10, this is the only place you should go for orthodontic treatment. Fabulous place to work as well!!!!!!

Amazing place! Always a great experience but this time they went above and beyond...Totally messed up and came in way late for my appt (thought it was a different time, I was wrong). It was late in Friday and they stayed late to see my daughter who had driven in two hours from college for the appt. Not everyone would have done that but they made the difference in our whole weekend! Highly recommended!

Very educated and willing to explain the process and any questions I had. Clean and updated facilities with futuristic and up-to-date technology. Allyssa definitely was the star of the show, by far one of the best employee working in the whole place! 10/10
