Friendly service and great staff. But disappointed how some things were handled. I will rescind my comments about being charged for repairs. They did, in fact, not charge me for that. However, I was still unhappy that only 4 days before an appointment I had been waiting for for nearly 8 to 9 months for was abruptly postponed indefinitely for billing issues. For many people the past two years have been tough at times. I wasn't able to be consistent with payments on my bill for a while, and while they were patient with me during that time, they could have notified me much sooner that I would need to pay my bill in full before I could schedule another appointment, so that I could have made other arrangements. I admit, that I dropped the ball, but I'm still not impressed that I was only informed 4 days before. You really only get one shot at your own teeth. Thats about 9 months of waiting I cannot get back and 9 months a cavity could have gone from nothing to something.

The waste dentist assistant Ive ever had and they changed me for one child and not the other (same insurance). Waited a half hour after my appointment to tell me that my insurance doesn't Cover that dentistry. While a friend of mine who has the same insurance (we work together ) as covered 100%
