Have been waiting over a year to get a tooth fixed, they keep calling it and canceling. They were supposed to refer my son to a children's dentist and still never received a call. Another girl forgot to do something and a girl had to step in so my son never got a proper cleaning

I am not pleased. Had two fillings done, they are rough some areas of tooth has no filling. It was close to 5:00 so they hurried to finish.

Can never get patients in, only does cleanings and one filling at a time if you're really lucky. They treat their clients like welfare cases with no respect. They cancel your appts and blame you also, terrible facility.

Was there a whole day. Horrible staff, horrible care. Said they do 19 X- Rays. 20 pages paperwork, hygienist was rude. Don't go here if your dieing. Pick anywhere but here.

My son that is in high school has drive to black river to find out is schedule was canceled on 4 different occasions. So as he is 18 yersterfay3has a appointment and guess what he's told well he told them he's been waiting 7 weeks he can't go back to the oridondicts tell his tooth is looked at. So they get him in and as he texts me they are going to call me because he needs to see a specialist. Well no phone call so i call them today for them to tell me tgat the person that sends out the consults is gone till Monday. I told her who ever seen my son said they were going to call me.. She told me sorry i can't help you their is nothing in the system you will have to call monday. I said fine ill find a different dentist as he turns 19 in 2 months. Well i make a appointment at aspen and my ron calls them to have his records and ex rays sent over and he gets told sorry no one is here until friday to do that.. so they are horrible

Worst customer service ever! Receptionist made people feel horrible and announced others situation's to waiting room. After I was checked in and treated rudely the woman after me was completely dehumanized. My dentist is cool but I will never go back to be treated like this again.
