Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Dr. Heeyup Ghim delivers comprehensive dentistry for families in Henderson and surrounding areas. Dr. Ghim attended Bonanza High School and received his BS in biology from UNLV, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. He earned his DMD from Boston University Dental School and entered private practice in 2005.

The staff here is amazing and professional. The office staff is friendly and takes the time to go over things thoroughly. Dr. Ghim is straight to the point but you can sense his concern for his patients dental health and well being. As someone who usually avoids the dentist unless necessary, I am excited to have my continued dental health in their hands.

It seems that this practice is only concerned with good reviews, without upholding the customer service needed to get good reviews. I have called over 20 times over the span of 3 business days and not only has no one answered the phone, even once, but they also haven't returned my messages asking them to. I needed to reschedule an upcoming appointment and the message recording says you can only cancel if you speak to a staff member... which is impossible, apparently. Even the automated text messages only give an option to reply with a confirmation. It's all very strange, and possibly, how they charge no-show fees and take no blame.

Fantastic crew from the front desk to the back to Doc himself! My hygienist Cherry Anne is the sweetest and most personable hygienist I ever had. Doc and the crew pulled me out of the depths or periodontal hell 6 years ago...I've never left. They're great!
