Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Russell Morrow completed his undergraduate education at the University of Utah, with a major in Exercise Sports Science. He went on to attend New York University College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Morrow is a President's Club recipient from Heartland Dental in recognition of his leadership, advanced dental skill, and service to the dental community. He is a Lead Mentor Doctor for Heartland Dental, overseeing the growth of over sixty doctors in three states as well as providing mentorship for hundreds of dentists throughout the United States.
Dr. Morrow hosts continuing education classes for new dentists so they can become proficient in dental basics like painless root canals and wisdom teeth removal. He is a clinical mentor for implant placements as well as advanced surgical techniques. Additionally, he directs an annual Aesthetic Continuum where his focus is on transforming smiles for the economically challenged community in the Phoenix area.
Dr. Morrow is passionate about the use of lasers in dental treatment and currently teaches a certification class as well as teaching for Biolase using a hard and soft tissue laser. Dr. Morrow is a Dental Examiner for the Western Regional Examination Board (WREB) and currently serves on the Arizona State Dental Board appointed by Governor Ducey and the Dental Exam Review Board (DERB).
As an instructor for Invisalign, Dr. Morrow truly appreciates the importance of having a straight smile. Invisalign recently honored him as an international semi-finalist for case of the year in 2017.
Away from the office, Dr. Morrow loves traveling with his wife, Rebecca and his daughters, Jayne and Reagan. They are avid water/snow skiers, and Dr. Morrow has a particular passion for golf. Dr. Morrow also served a full-time two-year church service mission to Nebraska and provides dentistry to those in need on dental missions to underdeveloped nations.

I am afraid of going to the Dentist and I'm in my 50's I decided to try Black Mountain Dental Care because they are close to my house, but was worried on how it was going to go! I have to say that EVERY employee was extremely polite and courteous and extremely informative with every step of my appointment. I was pleasantly surprised and would absolutely recommend them!!

Black Mountain Dental (BMD) is one of THE best practices that I've encountered. They are a "go-to" for dental care for me. My experiences with dentists run the gamut from traumatic (the first one) to absolutely professional and drama-free of which BMD is the example of how to do it. If you are looking for the best place with the most caring and professional people, Black Mountain Dental is one of those places.

Black Mountain Dental's staff were super great to us. We were visiting from out of town and accidentally had chipped a tooth that we needed to take care of at 8am on a Saturday. Without hesitation the woman at the front desk helped and got us in right away. The dental assistant and Dr Magee we're absolutely lovely and sweet. They were super helpful and attentive to my friend so we appreciate them. Thanks so much!!!

I came upon Black Mountain dentistry back in May when I needed a root canal. It was a Friday and my dentist isn't open on Fridays so I had to look elsewhere as we were leaving on vacation two days later.I was very impressed with Dr Fletcher who addressed all of my concerns and fit me into her schedule for that root canal. She also texted me over the weekend while I was on vacation to see if I was doing okay. I felt so comfortable with her that I asked her if she could consult with my husband on a dental issue he was needing. After meeting with Dr. Fletcher, we decided to leave our current dentist and have the work done by Black Mountain dental, as all of the necessary procedures could be done at their office instead of him having to go to other specialists.It was a pretty extensive amount of work involving most of his upper teeth ( an extraction, a bridge, crowns and veneers)and we are thrilled with the results. I have since had additional work done. When I, myself, read the excellent reviews BMD has online, I was skeptical but here I am, 4 months later writing a 5 star review! Bottom line: we love Dr Fletcher and everyone at Black Mountain dental and have recommended them to other friends!

OMG! This is the best dental visit I've ever had! The office is spotless, the equipment is more up-to-date than I ever knew existed. The staff is awesome! My evaluation was as thorough as could be. If I had been to a dental office like this before I'm sure my dental health would be significantly better now. My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and let me know everything she was doing and what the results were. I'm embarrassed that I don't remember her name. BEST hygienist I've EVER had. Dr. Fletcher is superb. She's very amicable, gentle, and open to my concerns. In preparation for the closing of my visit the office had already contacted my insurance company and let me know what my total exposure would be. I've already begun recommending Black Mountain Dental to my friends. I'm so glad my husband and I found this office. He used to have a dental laboratory and agreed with my assessment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Black Mountain Dental.

Staff is very friendly. I saw Dr Yoshae Fletcher, DDS for my check up. This was the time I've ever had a cavity drilled so I was a little nervous. They made it pretty easy and my dentist was very good. I didn't feel much. It's the first time I felt the dentist looked me in the eyes and explained things to me as at some dentist offices i have been to in the past don't always do that. I appreciated that very much. I felt comfortable with the dentist and the staff. The hygienist and techs were good too. They are very efficient and I was able to get everything done in one visit which honestly I didn't expect but was grateful they did. It didn't take very long at all. I appreciated the good care I received. It is convenient for me as well which is overall great.
