Dr Crossland & his staff are very good & professional. I had my final wisdom tooth removed & the procedure was quite easy & painless. This dental center seems better all the way around than the ones I've been to in the past. I'm from Texas & if I have any more dental problems while here on vacation, I will see them. Thank you Dr Crossland & staff!

Dr. Crossland and the entire staff was extremely accommodating. We had two kids coming for wisdom tooth removal at the same time. One of the two was very nervous and required extra care! Watching how the team cared for us - Maddie and others (sorry I didn't get all names) - they explained everything very well and made sure we were comfortable. Both my children received top quality care and I am grateful! From check in to recovery staff - and those leaving messages with us for follow up - they have been trained and have additional patient care qualities that just can't be taught. Thank you all for your excellent level of care!

Our son had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Ike Morgan. We were given the opportunity to fill out all paperwork ahead of time, saving us a lot of time on the day of the procedure. We were greeted and treated warmly from the moment we walked in until we left the building. Many opportunities for asking questions were given to us. Take-home instructions were very clear. Dr. Morgan called us that evening to check on our son. We highly recommend Black Hills Oral Surgery and Dr. Morgan.

We were visiting the Mt.Rushmore area when my daughter started to experience tooth pain from a wisdom tooth extractions she got in our hometown of Kansas City. Black hills oral was so accommodating and kind to us. They got us in super quick (we are traveling with a party of 12 and we are leaving the area today!) cleaned her up, wrote a script and got us on our way! If you are looking for a place with caring and kind people, look no further. They didn't have to help us, but they did. Thanks again!

Absolutely the nicest dentist staff I've ever met. Such a quick experience for my wisdom teeth extractions. Would seriously recommend this place if you have anxiety when it comes to doctors/dentists.

I am a full time RV'er and came in as a referral, they had a full schedule but graciously fit me in. I had two teeth extracted by Dr.Van Dam and his fantastic surgery staff. I cant say enough positive things about them all. If I could give them 10 stars I would. KUDOS TO THIS GREAT DR. & HIS STAFF !

If I could leave a worse review, I would. In pain for over 2 months, asked to get in on cancellations and never did, even for a 20 minute useless consultation appointment. Then told it would be another month but at least they'd put me on a cancellation list this time, because they never did it the first time.

I thought this would be an overpriced/get-rid-of-the-patient-as-soon-as-possible type of experience. Gratefully, I received the exact opposite. I was treated so well at every stage of my wisdom tooth extraction. As someone who struggled with addiction 20 years ago, I appreciate their philosophy on pain management. I was given a fantastic pain management protocol that was extremely effective. I even received a call at the end of the day from the surgeon to make sure I was doing ok. I hate going to the dentist, especially an oral surgeon. But if I have to do it again, I will certainly schedule with this facility.

It seems they are about the money; my 86 year old dad almost died from a severe infection caused by his teeth. They do not accept Medicare (I have talked to Medicare, and this operation is covered) and want the whole amount upfront. Wow really doesn't seem right that we treat our older generation this way. Oh, I was told that the doctors need to get paid for their experience and education, and it is the facility that doesn't accept Medicare, not doctors. Bull, I bet if I dug a little, the facility is owned by doctors. I have applied for Financial help at the hospital for him, but why when this operation is covered? Oh, yea, they don't accept Medicare because it doesn't pay enough. It is just a shame. I wonder if he would be covered if he was an illegal alien?

Took my girlfriend to her tooth extraction procedure 2 weeks ago. Her pain after the procedure never subsisted days post surgery and her calls to the office were dismissed as the stitches or something else. It turned out bone had been left exposed post removal and the surgery site did not heal. She now has to have another procedure done. No follow up appts to prevent these things from happening? Being way to dismissive of a patient's concerns over lingering, excruciating pain.

As I have read on multiple other reviews I also was referred here and they did nothing for my teeth but more xrays that were pointless, if they did there job and collected the info from the place who referred me as they should have they could saved me money and not expose myself and others to carcinogens given by radiation from the xrays. Paying out of pocket for unessary work pisses me off and makes me wanna say they are only here for the cash profit & not to serve our wonderful community with honest docs concerned with our well being. My daughter has redeemed you for I will be ok now knowing at least she is better cause of your facility and staff.

Daughter was referred here by Nelson and Bury, later to find out they aren't covered by my insurance. Received an out of pocket $257 for consultation. When I called them they said they don't know if people's insurance are covered or not. Wrong, they would be able to find out after we fill out all of the insurance paperwork they make you do before the visit. This has happened to a few others as I've read other reviews and posts in the Ellsworth community. Why would you continue to deceive people, truly messed up business practices. It's not hard to let people know if they have coverage or not. Definitely won't be getting anymore business from me, not like you care. You'll just deceive someone else.

Informative, joyful and reassuring. Dr morgan and his staff are wonderful people who embody the ideals of what the healthcare community should be. Dr Morgan even called me tonight after having my wisdom teeth removed to ensure i was ok. Being a healthcare worker myself, take it from me these are the people you want to have taking care of you if you need to have work done BAR NONE.

This was an incredible surgical experience! I couldn't afford to go to other offices but BH Oral Surgery provided me with a very acceptable payment plan! And the surgery itself was incredible. I was only sedated for 14 minutes and the surgery was done! No pain at all! Thank you so much!!!
