When Spring rolls around every year, there is nothing more joyous than seeing a newborn colt frolicking out in the fields. Raising Morgan horses has been our hobby & passion for for many years. Our goal is to raise a quality individual that can excel in many divisions.
In the front yard of the farm, there is a very unique tree that has its own local following. It is a Black Gum Tree. It is not uncommon for people to drive past, turn around, come back and marvel at this magnificent tree.
Equine nutrition has always been a big deal to us. Simply put, there is no expense spared on the food that our horses consume. All of our horses are brought in twice a day and fed their grain and a high quality alfalfa hay. We feel this is wildly important especially for the growing foals not only from a nutrition standpoint but it also allows us to handle them twice a day.
Our local Purina dealer has been an awesome partner throughout the years. Theyve guided us towards our feeding program and are always willing to offer assistance because, as everyone with horses knows, each horse responds differently to the feed theyre given.
