Had a dental emergency on a Saturday, from the moment you walk in to the time you leave you just have a great time being there. They make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. Dr Le was amazing with the last minute choice of having to extract a tooth. I give him praise as it was super later and passes office hours but he still agreed to do the extraction that day. He's the sweetest always constantly checks if you're okay during the whole process. I highly recommend this place. Definitely going back for more check ups!

Unprofessional and rude I always have a bad experience and they always hang up when you try and tell them about your teeth and they charge you a lot of money when they ruin everything. Don't go there! They're not good people

My husband went to get his teeth they took my money and told me the 14th of February it would be ready and then they changed it to the 16th and now they said they won't give it to me until March. I asked for a refund because they told me it would be ready but they wont refund me and they proceeded to hassle me and yell at me and be rude. Please don't go here they're unprofessional. They don't care about customer service. They will hang up on you and not pick up. They don't care you leave a bad review.

My husband had some work done here. We asked for billing codes and estimates in advance. All seemed fine so we went ahead with the root canals. When going in for the follow up work they wanted him to pay $917 up front. We told them that was too much to pay at a single time for us (we have waited to get his teeth fixed because we couldn't afford it) We asked to be put on a payment arrangement and we could pay $100 every month. They outright refused the arrangement and said the bare minimum to pay up front would be $611 and that he could come back in 2 weeks to a month to go from temporary crowns to permanent, at which point we would be expected to pay the remaining $300. I don't know why they assumed if we couldn't pay $900 today that we would suddenly be able to in 2 weeks. He explained that we are currently paying on other medical bills and cannot afford the pay the entire cost up front. They then told him that he can pay $100 a month first and just WAIT FOR 9 MONTHS to get his teeth fixed (at which point I'm sure more damage will have occurred that they will be happy to charge us for). She stated that other places work with companies who pay the amount in full and then work with us on the payment arrangement. I know some places do this, but not all of them do. Some places have their own system in place for handling payment arrangements. In any case I have NEVER come across a medical establishment (Dr., Dentist, etc) that didn't have at least one of those options in place for customer satisfaction. If you choose to go to this dentist, make sure you have the money up front, even if your services are thousands of dollars, they will not work with you to make an arrangement that works within your budget.

Easily the best dentist I've ever had. They are extremely reasonable on prices which is great for people like me without insurance. I had 5 teeth pulled out at once on my last visit. They use topical numbing gel so you don't feel the shots. They are able to remove broken teeth where most other dentists would require you to see an oral surgeon. And best of all, I experienced very little to almost no pain following the procedure. In comparison with my previous dentist, I had 2 teeth extracted and they charged me over twice as much per tooth, the shots were painful, the procedure was painful and was much more painful following the procedure. I highly recommend BKP Dental and will always use them as my regular dentist office.

Dr Lei is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very gentle and not once have I ever felt his shots. He has never hurt me. I'm petrified of the dentist. But he makes me feel comfortable and calm. All of his staff are very friendly and nice as well. His office is beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there looking for a dentist.

I had a crown put in and it wasn't what Dr.Lee promised, I was dissatisfied with it, I tried to get it fixed but they refused saying I signed a waiver when I was not shown any waiver, they had me sign for it telling me it was something to do with my payment and not a waiver. I went home and I posted a review, within a few days, they called me telling me they would fix the terrible job they did, I went in and the first thing they tell me is to take down the review and that they are very offended that I had posted a review etc. I went in with Dr.lee and he starts screaming at me, I tell him to not scream at me but he continues, his "wife" comes in and calms him down, I decided to go somewhere else to fix this issue, by far one of the worst dentist out here in Utah, if I could do less than one star I most definitely would, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL PAPERWORK AND ASK FOR COPIES! THEY'RE JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND TO SCREW YOU OVER!

Everyone is so nice there and the dentist he make sure that you don't feel no pain constantly ask you if you're all right real caring my favorite dentist takes good care of me and I have some bad teeth :-) highly recommend

I had an excellent experience here! I woke up on a Saturday morning with a fair amount of tooth pain, and had bleak hopes for finding a dentist who could get me in the same day (especially being a weekend). BKP was able to make me an appointment, and Dr. Lee was able to perform a tooth extraction that same visit! He was very polite and respectful, and ensured I wasn't experiencing any pain thought the extraction. The entire staff was extremely kind and quick working. I will definitely be back!

Ive only been going through Dr Le, for a few months now And I would highly recommend Anyone who is afraid of pain He is very concerned about you Feeling comfortable and pain Free, Prices are fair or better than most Very friendly staff and clean environment Root canals done with virtually 0 pain during and after procedure, 100

One of the nicest people I have ever met, everyone is so friendly and warm, I've been seeing them since I was 13 years old and now I'm 20. I recently got my cavities filled and I have to say I did not feel a thing. The way he injects you is seamless and feels like he's just touching your gums. Don't listen to the other reviews, they all really care about you and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, my entire family comes here ranging from 13 years old to 49 years old.
