My Family & I have been going to Dr.Bjerke for Dental work since 1998-99 when we moved to Eagan.We love it there. Best Dentist ever/ Natalie Is the best Hygienist. Emily is The Front Desk receptionist and She is so sweet and Helpful. I would Hire Emily in a Heartbeat. Thanks so much Bjerke and Staff ! Tammy Sullivan and Family

Extremely negative experience with this practice today. Weeks ago, I booked my husband his first appointment with this dentist. They told me they were taking new patients, but did not ask for any insurance information. Upon his arrival he was told that they are not taking new patients with our insurance and that they are trying to "get rid of those kinds of patients." Extremely rude, unprofessional and offensive behavior from a medical facility.

Upon his arrival he was told that they are not taking new patients with our insurance and that they are trying to "get rid of those kinds of patients." Extremely rude, unprofessional and offensive behavior from a medical facility.

I was referred to Dr Bjerke 8 years ago because my dentist at the time couldn't get me in for an emergency appt. Dr Bjerke got me in same day and I've never went anywhere else since. I have always been very anxious about my dentist visits, but him and his staff always put my fears at ease. He talks you through procedures, lets you know what he's going to do, etc. I needed my wisdom teeth pulled, and he walked across the hall to one of his colleagues and made an appt for me. Love this place and I'll never go anywhere else for dental care.

The staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive. The doctors took their time, and made me feel important. I am extremely pleased with Bjerke Dental and will return!

30 years going here, and the front desk lady is incorrigible. Several instances of poor attitude over the phone. In addition, I filled out multiple online requests and emails for appointments as access to a phone during business hours is tricky for me. It's really disappointing. It can be a torture chamber at times in the seat too, but to keep the same dentist I've ever known I was driving a good distance each time. I start seeing a new dentist this week, and truly hope for change here.

I've been going to Dr. Bjerke for a few years and I cant imagine going anywhere else. The office is very nice, the staff is pleasant and professional and he is the best dentist I've ever had he takes really good care of my teeth and is very passionate about what he does.
