Dr. Gerald Bittner, Jr., a second generation of dentists, is a 35-year veteran with a broad array of proficiency helping patients maintain healthy smiles. Dr. Jennifer Eitutis, a 10-year dental veteran, with a talent for aesthetic dentistry, graduated Cum Laude from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Eitutis has helped many of her patients achieve new smiles combining her mastery of cosmetic dentistry with her extensive Invisalign experience. Although Dr. Eitutis excels at Smile Design her real passion is helping patients achieve and maintain positive dental health.
Dr. Jennifers calm demeanor exudes compassion and provides a level of comfort that is commonly highlighted by our patients, especially those who get anxious just thinking about being at the dentist. Although all of her patients lover her, Dr. Jennifer has an affinity for our younger patients. Its her mission to educate patients early and develop good dental hygiene habits that will last a lifetime.
Recently a patient came into the office complaining of a severe tooth ache, after a comprehensive exam and review of the situation, Dr. Jennifer explained the various options to the patient, one of which was an implant. Dr. Jennifer walked her patient over to meet Dr. Mancuso to discuss the procedure in more detail.
At the conclusion of the discussion, the patient requested the implant be done immediately but under one condition... Dr. Jennifer stay with her and hold her hand. After juggling the schedule around, Dr. Mancuso placed the implant, all the time while Dr. Jennifer honored her patients request, truly taking hand-holding to a whole new level!
Dr. Gerald Bittner III, a third generation dentist and a Bay Area native, grew up knowing he wanted to serve the community his father and grandparents have been serving for over 50 years. When asked why he wanted to become a dentist he said, I was fortunate to see at a young age the impact that dentistry can have on peoples lives. I was always drawn to the profession for promoting health and fostering lifelong relationships.
Dr. Jerry graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the top of his class. During his time there, he was recognized for his exemplary clinical skills and humanistic approach to patient treatment.
Following graduation, Dr. Jerry completed a residency in digital smile design, where he learned to utilize cutting edge technology to promote minimally invasive and precise cosmetic dentistry. This technology utilizes the entire oro-facial complex to construct smiles that are customized to the patients facial features and functional needs.
Dr. Jerry is committed to empowering his patients through preventive care and education to give patients the tools they need to have a healthy smile that lasts a lifetime. Dr. Chloe, a third-generation Dentist, graduated as one of the top students in her class from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Chloe, who is bilingual and fluent in Spanish understands that meeting the needs of her patients comes first. Her approach to dentistry ensures that all patients leave with a feeling of complete care and confidence.
Following in her fathers footsteps, Dr. Chloe has an eye for aesthetic dentistry, which drove her to be a leading member in the Aesthetic Dentistry Club at UOP, which allowed her to gain valuable experience that she has applied on many unique cases.
Dr. Jerry Mancuso, a 25-year dental veteran, and board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon has expertise ranging from wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. He has performed thousands of surgical procedures including reconstructive and trauma surgery.
Dr. Mancusos has successfully completed 13,500+ implants and bone grafting procedures. He is a specialist in treating facial pain, facial injuries, TMJ disorders and has been credited with saving many lives through early identification and treatment of oral cancer.
Dr. Mancusos exemplary military service is representative of his performance as a surgeon. He was commissioned as an officer in the US Navy, where he completed a one-year residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Upon completion of his overseas Naval service and attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander, Dr. Mancuso enrolled in residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital of St. Raphael/Yale-New Haven Hospital and Childrens Hospital.
Dr. Mancuso became Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2002 and was Diplomate of ABOMS from 2002 to 2011. He is licensed by the State of California to perform I.V. sedation and General Anesthesia
Shoreh works side-by-side with cosmetic dentist, Dr. Gerald Bittner, Jr. and together they create the beautiful smiles the Bittner Family Dental Group in San Jose is known. Working with Shorehs onsite lab is an advantage for everyone: the patient, the dentist and the ceramist.

Gina enjoys walking her dog Aria, watching tv shows and going on food adventures; she has run 3 half marathons, 2 Tough Mudder Fulls and 1 Spartan Race.
Stephanie is so enthusiastic about dentistry and hygiene that she exudes positive vibes and makes everyone around her love dentistry as well. She is an excellent asset to the hygiene team and loves to be part of something great. She loves to spend time with her fianc and is looking forward to getting married in 2021. She also loves spending time with her family, hiking, and playing with her dog.
Nardas passion is to take great care of her patients, they always come first. Educating patients about the benefits of our technology is especially important to her. She loves spending time with her children and her dog, Honey. Narda likes helping children with special needs.
Isabel has been in dentistry for over 20 years and she cares for her team and patients like they are family. She loves working with patients to schedule needed treatment to help prevent future problems. She enjoys spending time with her sons and husband on camping trips and loves working in her beautiful yard.
Vicki feels accomplished when she can make a patients smile affordable. She is happy watching her two children succeed in school, sports, and music. You can find her smiling with a cup of joe or visiting a local winery.
Sue has loved dentistry for over 30 years, she values being able to make a difference for her patients. Her own anxiety of dental treatment allows her to assist patients to overcome their own fears and anxiety. With the newest dental technologies, coming to the dentist is easier and more comfortable than ever. She loves spending time with her family and 4 grandsons.
Paula lives in Saratoga, with her husband She has over 40 years of customer service and dental experience. She studied at San Jose State where she graduated with BS in Occupational Therapy. She continued her education with many dental & marketing programs throughout the country. She loves spending time with her family, doing outdoor activities such as hiking, tennis, gardening and traveling.

Bittner Family Dental group continues to exceed my expectations. My dental plan is challenging to say the least, yet Gina makes it all better. She's fantastic. I don't think you could ever find a better dental practice. Dr. Bittner is a true doctor in the traditional sense of the word, he listens, he interacts and is attentive - I believe he truly cares about the overall wellbeing of every single patient. He and his incredible staff have a rigid standard for excellence, honesty and staying ahead the industry - adopting new practices and state of the art equipment. I'm constantly impressed and have been with him since 2004.

First time in was Freedom day. It was also the first time I really felt thanked for my service and not just paid lip service. Dr. Bittner explained the state of the art equipment he was using to numb drill and crown my tooth while Kyle his assistant walked over to the 3d printer to get my new tooth. Something that used to take two weeks and two visits took only seventy minutes. Pain was never experienced for the first time ever. These are real Americans and professionals. I visited Dr. Bittner's Dentistry last Friday for Veterans Day which is Dr. Bittner's way of giving back to our vets and community. And, in my 65 yrs of going to a dentist I've never left the office feeling so good and so happy as I did with Bittner Dentistry. The office has the latest of every piece of equipment you can imagine which makes dentistry so much easier, nicer and faster than it used to be. Dr. Chloe Bittner worked on me. She did a very through job with a gentle touch. I only recommend Bittner Dentistry not just because of the quality of work but the unbelievable positive energy.

This review is for Dr. Jenn! I can't begin to describe how wonderful she is. The only word I can think of is AMAZING! I have severe anxiety and claustrophobia especially at the dentist. She made me feel so comfortable, explained step by step what she was doing, and understood my fear of pain without making me feel like I was a needy patient. She worked in a very gentle yet thorough manner. She did extremely well. I had a filling replaced and pretty much felt NO pain, unlike my experiences before. I truly feel blessed to have found her and would recommend her to anyone.

Bittner Family dental group is the best dental office I've ever been to!! My husband and I were looking for a new dentist and I was instantly drawn to their Instagram page, a few weeks ago. I called the office to ask questions and the person that answered the phone was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. Last week, I noticed that one of the IG posted stated that they were offering free service to veterans. My husband and I are United States Air Force veterans and I thought this would be a great opportunity to see if we liked the office. From the time we called and made ours appointment, to the warm welcome we received when we entered the office to the amazing service rendered, and wonderful gifts....... We agreed that Bittner dental would be our new dental home. But most importantly, today you potentially SAVED MY HUSBAND'S LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! A routine dental service for a 20+ yr veteran turned into an emergency procedure for a severely untreated tooth infection. I don't know how to thank you all!!!! It is because of your unwavering commitment to veterans and all of your patients, the situation didn't turn more severe. I have been going to Dr Bittner since I was in kindergarten. I am now 25 and his son is now working on my teeth. Not only is everyone in this office kind and always ask how you and your family are doing, but they do incredibly good work. I tell friends that I've never never needed to be numbed at the dentist for a cavity and they think I'm lying. I'm not. I have a few. Cavity's they have filled for me over the years using laser so I've never felt pain for a single one. I highly recommend Bittner Family Dental.

This place is a God Send. Every time I received a cavity filling at my previous dentist I was in pain and uncomfortable during and after the procedure. So much so I developed anxiety and fear around going to the dentist. Today I received 3 fillings from Dr. Jen and I did not feel an ounce of pain during or after. I am overjoyed at the way I was treated and how the team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My wife and I also received invisilign and have had an outstanding experience. We will go no where else for our dental work.

I have throughly enjoyed each visit with Bittner Dentistry whom I have been visiting for about 3 years now. I was impressed by their emphasis on hygiene and air circulation especially ever since the pandemic broke out and my 75+ mom (before vaccines were available) needed an urgent extraction. Most recently I did my fillings with laser (no anesthesia required and complete in an hour), the most painless experience to date. Dr Chloe was just amazing and thorough. I recently found out I have multiple cavities that need to be filled. I went almost my entire life without cavities, but between the pandemic and relocating across country my dental care has been sporadic at best the past few years and my mouth has become cavity city. I was very nervous when I found out this news, as I have an extreme phobia of needles, so fixing cavities the normal way with Novocain and a drill would be panic inducing for me. I knew from my last experience with cavities that they can be fixed with a laser which is way more pleasant and I found out that Bittner Family Dental is one of the few offices near me that has the technology necessary for this procedure. I went for my consult appointment about a week ago and it was a great experience! Their office is beautiful and they have all of the most advanced technology/devices! They were able to take x-rays with a machine that doesn't give off any radiation and photographs of my teeth with a wand that makes it easy to see the decay/problem areas (I don't know about everyone else, but I can never really understand when dentists try to show you things on the x-rays; with the color photographs it was a lot easier to see what the dentist was talking about). Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and friendly, including Isabel at the front desk (we bonded over the fact that we both have pet corgis) and Dr. Jennifer Eitutis (she took her time explaining the problem and the treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable with it)! Much to my disappointment, I don't think I'll be able to continue dental care at this office beyond getting my cavities filled because they charge wayyy more than my insurance covers. However, if you can afford it and want the best of the best, this office is the place to go!

It is always a great experience (well, as far as going to the dentist can be...!) at Bittner's Dental office. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Jen does an excellent job ensuring you are comfortable and well taken care of. I had a crown done today and it was as painless as it could have been. I have been going here for 15 years and plan to continue to.
