I work in front of the camera and Dr. Holzer keeps my smile looking like a million bucks! Her attention to detail is unmatched. I trust the friendly team at Bismarck Family Dental and know my teeth are in good hands. Also, have you seen how stylish the facility is? Wowie!

I would not recommend. I have never had problems going to the dentist in the past. I decided to try a new place and I did not have a good experience. My gums were bleeding the whole time to the extent that I was swallowing blood most of the appointment, the floss was covered in blood, and the hygienists gloves had blood on them too. Comments and questions were said that insinuated I did not regularly brush my teeth or get regular checkups. I have never felt judged or embarrassed about my teeth going to the dentist until now.

Bismarck is lucky to have Dr. Holzer taking care of your dental needs. She cares, does her best, and it shows. My cleanings have been great, and super-assistant Amanda is very nice!

Absolutely ridiculous that this place puts a big sticker on the bills they send to customers that state, 'balance past due!' Unprofessional and inappropriate.

I will never go to this place again. They do not care if you are comfortable...... Almost felt like they enjoyed having you in pain. I am pleased to say I found a better atmosphere and a dentist who cares about my comfort level.

I have been visiting Bismarck Family Dental for quite a few year and they know how to treat people. Dr. Kay and Dr. Holzer are absolutely great dentist and just nice people. I would not change a thing about their office. Terry rocks the front desk too!

I brought my brother here for an exam and a referral to get his wisdom teeth out since he has been having very bad tooth pain. The front desk women said she would sent the referral right away, it's been 4 days later and still no referral and my brother is in bad tooth pain. We have called so many times and she told us to stop calling. Without the referral my brother can't get his wisdom teeth out. I'm confused on why they treat their customer this way given that we kid out of pocket. I do not recommend this place.

Professional, friendly, & skilled. Hygienists are thorough, yet gentle. Dr. Van Erem is very skilled at making adjustments to your bite, that will save wear & tear on your teeth- or even save a tooth altogether. I highly recommend Dr. Van Erem.

I gave these people 200+ Dollars to do x rays and send a referral for my teeth, not only did they take my money and proceed to do nothing, but they lied about it too. Never ever go here. Thieves.

Everyone there are friendly and very nice! They have been very patient with me paying off my bill. They even warned me when I had maxed out both of my dental insurances. Im very happy with my service and I'm so glad I found this little place after I moved to Bismarck! Which is good because I still have a lot of work left to do on my teeth :) but I can't wait to be confident in my smile!

I enjoy going to Bismarck Family Dental because it is always very clean, Dr. Van Erem and Dr. Holzer are great, and the hygienists do a great job making you feel comfortable during your appointments! Strongly recommend Bismarck Family Dental if you are new to town or just looking for a change.

Pristine office and examining rooms. Dr. Holzer was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Bismarck Family Dental!
