Bishop Family Dental is a Salt Lake City-based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. Dr. Daniel Bishop was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Highland High School in Sugarhouse, and afterward served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in London, England. He then went on to receive his bachelors degree in microbiology from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, also minoring in chemistry and mathematics. Dr. Bishop attended Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he excelled in all areas of clinical dentistry and graduated near the top of his class. He was a member of the Oral Surgery Honor Society, Endodontic Honor Society and Anesthesia Honor Society.

Dr. Bishop is very meticulous and constantly strives to provide all of his patients with the highest quality dental care possible through taking countless hours of continuing education and offering the most up-to-date technology and highest quality materials available. He has genuine concern for his patients and ensures they are well cared for and comfortable during their treatment. He is also committed to patient education and promoting good oral hygiene to prevent and reverse dental decay.

Dr. Bishop is a certified Invisalign provider. He is certified to provide CAD/CAM CEREC crowns for patients that are designed and milled in-office and can be placed in a single visit. Dr. Bishop has also received his Mastership Certification from the World Clinical Laser Institute to perform laser dental surgeries, in addition to completing an advanced residency program from the prestigious, world-renowned White Cap Institute for placing dental implants. Dr. Bishop has also received advanced training in the areas of cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction, occlusion, and treating TMJ and sleep disorders.

Prior to joining Woodbury Family Dental in 2012 (now Bishop Family Dental), Dr. Bishop practiced in Tooele and West Valley City, Utah, and has devoted his time and skills to numerous charitable organizations such as Salt Lake Donated Dental Services and the ADA Give Kids A Smile Organization. Dr. Bishop is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, World Clinical Laser Institute, Utah Dental Association, and Holladay District Dental Society.

Dr. Bishop is married to his beautiful wife Amanda, and loves children and animals. His hobbies include spending time with his family, religion, playing the piano, swimming, singing, dancing, sports, martial arts, snowboarding, watching movies, gardening, science, and technology.

Born in Vegas, Nevada she moved to Cache Valleu Utah when shewas 3 years old where she was raised. When she met the love of her life she moved to Salt Lake City. Kortney has been in the dental field for 3 yearsand now specializes in insurance, billing and front office duties.Kortney loves her job especially being able to help patients with theirfinances and getting the help they need with their treatment. Korney loveseating out with family and friends and enjoys watching her favorite showson her days off.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Kaory got her Dental Assistantdegree from Core Foundation. Having been a dental assitant for 2 years she loves her job in so many ways. Kaory enjoys long walks and loveslearning new languages in her spare time.

Born and raised in London, UK she followed in her father and sisters footsteps by going into the dental field. Sahiba has been a dental hygienist for 11 years, getting her degree in California. She moved to Utah 1 year ago. She enjoys her job in so many ways but mostly connecting with her amazing patients. On her days off Sahiba loves hanging out with her family and friends and love traveling the world.

Who was born in New Mexico moved to Salt Lake City where she wasraised and got her medical assistant license. Jasimine later decided topursue a career in the Dental field which she has now been a dentalassistant for more than 4 years She loves her job, especially talking andlistening to her patients wonderful stories. Jasmine has a spontaneousgoofy personality which lights her patients up. When shes not workingshe loves taking her kids hiking, playing board games, coloring andcooking
