I been going here for the last year in November I had some work done which was poorly done which caused me to have to have two Root canals at 600.00 at a Specialist I asked the question why should I be responsible for having to pay for something that they messed up in my mouth but I'm stuck with the bill I wish she was a way I can sue because I will never be coming back there black Business is this what you get poor Job now my teeth is Ruin for the rest of my life.

Had an emergency tooth extraction and called this dentist who took me the same day. I was very impressed with their smiling staff, the cleanliness, speedy service, and price. I will be returning for all my dental needs.

Waste of time, waste of energy. Had an appointment scheduled to have wisdom teeth removed. Sat in the lobby for 20 mins, then was called to the back room to sit for another 10 mins. Had ZERO contact with the dentist. The dentist came up behind me while I'm sitting in the chair , asked me what was hurting then walked away. No introduction or anything. 5 mins later had one of the assistance come in and say "Dr Wright is sending you to an oral surgeon ". If he couldn't have performed the work that should've communicated before appointment, before wasting my time, before calling off work. I will never return here.

Birmingham Eastern Family Dental Care is my go-to spot for excellent dental care in a friendly environment. Dr. Wright and his staff are very knowledgeable, and they explain every step of the process. The location is convenient, and everyone was very mindful of my time. I was able to get a check-up and cleaning during my lunch break! Thank you, Birmingham Eastern Family Dental Care!

This will be my dentist for life. My daughter is just two and she'll be a patient for life as well. Very attentive and professional with a dose of family thrown in. Exceptional service!!

I happen to read a post placed on Facebook about an unprofessional experience that a social media associate had at this clinic and I interjected an observable opinion based what o had read on the internet and on Facebook . To the contrary of what I had read, I did not experience any of the treatment that was outlined. I was very informed as to the diagnosis and prognosis, and I was given every opportunity to decide what course of treatment to undertake. Kudos to the administrative and dentistry staff for a cordial and professional service.

The staff is very professional and caring.Dr.william Wright is very caring and humble he makes you feel appreciated like a family member his dental approach is modern with little to no pain when i had a root canal done. I would refer anyone to Dr.Wright

There are probably 50+ dentist offices between my home in Hoover and Birmingham Eastern Family Dental office, but I will always make the drive there. The office is always spotless, the staff is kind and compassionate, Dr. Wright is always patient with my fear of dentistry. I have been to many dentists over the years, but Dr. Wright and his wonderful staff are the only ones that wash my fears away. They have also created such a calming atmosphere, that for the first time in a dentist's office I have been able to sit in the exam room chair without hyperventilating. Dr. Wright is spectacular in his work at great prices. I have no doubts in his abilities and he patiently tells me what he is doing and how it will feel before he takes the next step. I recommend Dr. Wright and his staff with 100% confidence.
