Premier Birmingham Dentist, Dr. Jay Stone has provided comprehensive dental care in the area for over 17 years. He is experienced in all aspects of general dentistry and has special interests in cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, Invisalign, and dental implant placements and restorations. Dr. Stone is passionate about providing advanced treatments with modern technology paired with gentle, personalized care.
Dr. Stone attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and has earned the top clinician award from the Academy of General Dentistry. Hes also recognized as a certified Gold Invisalign provider. He is active in Give Kids a Smile Day which provides care to underserved children in the Detroit area. Dr. Stones skills, experience, and compassion are something that sets him apart from other dentists!

I have a pretty big fear of the dentist and admittedly I had been avoiding scheduling an appt for a long time. I'm so grateful I finally called and scheduled because everyone in the office was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Stone was very kind and informative. Again, appreciated everyone's kindness at this dentistry.

I had an incredible experience and not a lot of pain. The staff was awesome and the doctor is very passionate about making you feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I needed a tooth extracted ASAP and the first two dentists I called said they wouldn't be able to see me for about 6 weeks. I called Dr. Stone's office and explained the situation and they saw me that same day. I thought they were just going to do a consultation, but he was able to extract the tooth painlessly in about 10 minutes. I was honestly amazed. I've come back several times and couldn't be happier - everyone here is so kind and welcoming. Any work I've gotten done is quick, completely painless, and the recovery time is minimal. Dr. Stone and his staff also take the time to actually speak with you and answer your questions. I really appreciated that since I had some concerns that I had a lot of questions over.

I had to get a tooth pulled unexpected due to an emergency. It will be many months before I can get it replaced. I called Birmingham Dentistry crying on a Saturday morning because I had a wedding out of state on Thursday. They provided me with a temporary flipper by Wednesday morning. This process normally takes 2 weeks. The entire office went to extreme measures to help, including the doctor picking the flipper up from the lab during off hours. Everyone was amazing and kind! I am thankful

I had the most respectful, easygoing and friendly experience going to Brimingham Denstistry yesterday. The staff members are so down to earth and wonderful and so is Dr. Jay Stone. He treats you well and a very confident and a energetic dentist and amazing at what he does. I love this place will surely return I couldn't be any happier. It's hard to find a great dentist that's knowledgeable and friendly as Dr Stone and his staff!!! Thanks you all at the Brimingham Dentistry!!!!

If I could give no stars I would avoid at all cost went here for a filling. The doctor and the hygienist had a complete conversation while doing my filing about Botox and shoes which made me very uncomfortable. Once the work was finished I could not eat on my left side due to pain they said the was normal and would go away after a week I contacted them because the pain had not subsided. I went back in to have the filling adjusted however this did not alleviate the pain. When I informed the doctor that I was still having issues he refused to see me and said I need a root canal. Luckily I went to legacy dental and Dr.Kim was able to resolve my issues no root canal required.

I had a great experience as a new patient. Neta, the hygienist, was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Stone was wonderful and took the time to chat and get to know me before looking at my teeth, so I was actually able to talk back! I did not feel like just another number but felt genuine care from the whole staff. Looking forward to my next teeth cleaning!

Dr Jay is amazing ! He is a dentist with integrity and his work is fantastic! Olivia , his assistant was kind and experienced and Mia the office manager/ receptionist is sweet and knows her job. Painless cleanings and a very educated, caring hygienist

Dr Stone is amazing! He really takes the time with each patient and is so knowledgeable and good at what he does. My entire family- kids too go here. He got me in twice for ER dental work immediately and took care of the problem. Highly recommend! Update: I still continue to see Dr. Stone and his entire staff is amazing! He has since done a few more urgent services for me and every time I get in quickly and it's done painlessly! Olivia is also a wonderful hygienist- careful and accurate! I recommend this practice over and over! Front desk staff is also so great to work with- pricing out services and working with your insirance!

From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like family here. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating, and the hygienists treat you like they truly care! Dr. Jay is definitely the beat dentist I've ever had. We followed him from his previous practice to his current practice and we're so glad we did! Every visit has been pain free - even with having my wisdom teeth removed. I highly recommend Dr. Jay and his team!

I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time, tooth pain finally became an emergency. Jay and the staff were very friendly, professional, and able to get multiple services done in one day. White glove treatment. Probably one of the best dentists in the state.

Omggg this is the best Dentistry I've ever experienced. From the time we walked in the door we were treated like family. The receptionist was amazing. My son is disabled he has Cerebral Palsy along with being Spastic Paraplegic. I've searched high and low for a dentist that he would be comfortable enough to even attempt to look in his mouth. Tracy was heaven sent. She was so patient and extremely nice to him. I was even comfortable enough to leave him alone with her so I wouldn't be a distraction. I didn't here one peep out of him the whole time. She did a excellent job cleaning his teeth. Dr. Stone was very informative about caring for his teeth moving forward. We have found a new family dental home. Thank you guys so much.
