It has been more than 4 years since I have used Birkdale dental. I have lots of things done and wouldn't make it with out the help of this amazing staff always supportive , flexible. Dr Wing usually takes his time explaining each and every procedure and staff are amazing .The place is clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for the best Dental care.

I'm several years into being an annual patient of Birkdale Dental. Truly thankful for Dr. Wing and his amazing staff. From cleanings to root canals and crowns, I've been well taken care of. When I needed a referral, I got that too. I have recommended them for years. My friends and family were very pleased as well.

Yet again, they are prompt, friendly, accommodating and efficient. I mean they even have TVs on the ceiling to keep you entertained! Go get a cleaning...it a "massage" for your teeth.

I was rescued by Birkdale Dental. Unfortunately, I had an abscess. I reached out to them and received a quick response and option of appointments the next day. I was greeted outside because I was unsure of the location, the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Michael Wing was equally friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. I'm new to Charlotte and Birkdale Dental will officially be my dentist of choice as I transition from Seattle WA to North Carolina.

I needed a painful wisdom tooth removed and no other dentist would take me in. Birkdale dentist were professional, courteous, and reasonably fast. I would definitely recommend!

Honestly, going to the dentist sucks! The staff there reduces the suck factor exponentially. They are so friendly and PROFESSIONAL. Dr. Wing is an incredibly talented doctor and his staff is incredible. I highly recommend Birkdale Dental to anyone with teeth!

My hygienist Ashely was phenomenal. Amazing bedside manner and thorough as can be with her cleaning. Dr. Wing is very knowledgeable and explains the condition of your teeth based on the x-rays and photos taken.

Dr Wing and his staff are excellent. Not only does he take the time to explain procedures, he shows real concern for his patients and their understanding of the dental procedures being performed. His assistants are professional and it is easy to see Dr' Wing's desire to make his patients comfortable has been passed on to his entire staff.

Doctor Wing is one of the nicest dentists I have ever been to. The staff is caring and very professional. Best of all they all made me feel so comfortable. I am definitely recommending them to my family and neighbors. Best visit to a dentist ever, even though I have cavities and work to be done.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating and help to fit you in at a time that works best for you (even on short notice) which is much appreciated. I have been going to them since 2017, and have always had a positive experience.
