Beth was raised in Williamson County and is a Native of Brentwood, TN. With over 26 years experience in customer service and patient relations, she has focused her last seven years managing quality patient care in the dental field. She prides herself in communication; from our New Patients to our families that have been with us since the beginning, she holds the highest of standards when it comes to accommodation of our daily schedule. Shes the voice youll hear and the face youll see upon arrival at our practice. Its her goal to make each patient feel right at home. Beth resides in Franklin with her two sons Jakob and Zakary.
Alison is a dedicated office manager with over thirty years of marketing, public relations, and administrative experience mainly in healthcare-related fields. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and her Master's degree from the University of Kentucky. She was raised in Nashville, and she lived and worked for several years in Atlanta. She currently resides in Franklin with her husband and two sons.
Robin has been practicing dental hygiene since 1993. She received her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee. She currently resides in Franklin with her husband, Danny, and their daughters, MacKenzie and Madison.
Tiffany has been practicing dental hygiene since 1998 and has been with Dr. Birdwell since 2006. She received her A.S. degree at Tennessee State University. She was born and raised in Wisconsin and has lived in Williamson County since 1994. She currently resides in Franklin with her husband and two children, Micayla and Isaac.

Birdwell and Mutlak Dentistry is an extremely well run practice. The staff at the front desk are polite and efficient. The dental hygenists who perform the cleaning and x-rays are, likewise, very polite, kind and professional. I've had both Dr. Birdwell and Dr. Mutlak perform the check up on my 6 month visits, and they are both communicative and caring. But one can't truly assess a dentist until there is a problem that requires extensive treatment. Such was the case for me, needing an old crown to be removed, a cavity to be filled on the side of the tooth next to it and a new crown put in. Dr. Birdwell performed the 'magic'. He is kind, gentle, caring and highly skilled. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this practice.

This is a fantastic office with great people. I needed a dental evaluation for organ transplant and after calling multiple offices that couldn't see me for 2 to 3 months, Birdwell & Mutlak got me an appointment within a few days. It turns out I needed fillings but then got a once in a lifetime autoimmune attack and had to miss appointments due to being hospitalized. The staff was so considerate, nice, accommodating, and provided such great care and concern and let me reschedule appointments, and I didn't feel a thing with the fillings. Their excellent service and care have made me a patient for life, I will never go anywhere else for dental care. God bless them all.

Absolutely love Dr. Mutlak and the staff! Courtney, her dental assistant, is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone especially if you have any fears or anxiety about going to the dentist.

Great dental office. Always professional and pleasant. Dr. Birdwell and Dr. Mutlak both great at their profession, always explaining everything in detail. My wife and I both go to this office and have always been very satisfied with their services. Besides that, everyone we have come into contact there are just nice people, including both dentists, Beth, Alison, and the entire team! It is apparent that they all enjoy working there, which makes for a great, friendly environment. Highly recommend!!

I had been searching for a dentist since moving here from Orlando. After much research and recommendations from a couple of friends I decided to give this practice a try and am so glad I did. From the moment I entered the office I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Beth at the front desk made me feel so welcome. Tiffany was the hygienist I I saw and was fabulous. I felt as though I'd know her for years. Dr. Birdwell did my exam. He made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. They also have a good discount plan for those of us who don't have insurance.
