As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.
Dr. Jeffrey S. Bird completed his dental schooling at the University of Kentucky in 2011. Upon graduation he moved to Polson, MT and worked for Tribal Health. Dr. Bird remained there for two years until he became an associate with Dr. Tim Bagnell in Ronan, MT. In June of 2015, Dr. Bird bought a private practice in Polson and began Bird Family Dentistry. Dr. Bird enjoys all aspects of dentistry, specifically working with children and helping patients create a smile they can be proud of. Dr. Bird has privileges at St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, where he can perform dental surgeries with anesthesia to serve young patients or those with special needs. This prevents many patients from having to travel for their dental care. Dr. Bird and his wife, Melea, have four children, three girls and a boy. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time road biking, mountain biking, skiing and being with his family.

Cari graduated in 2005 from Idaho State University with her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Cari was born and raised her in Polson. She is married to Cody, and they have two awesome energetic boys, Cashton and Colton. Cari loves to ski, fish and do anything outdoors with her family. Cari has 10 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
Melissa joined our practice in July of 2015 as a Dental Assistant. She and her husband and their two girls moved to Polson three months ago. Her husband Matt works as a teacher and a wrestling coach for Polson High School. Melissa enjoys hiking, and spending time with her family outdoors and loves living in the Mission Valley.
Chere will be the first smiling face you will see when you enter our office! Chere and her husband Dave have four children, Elise, Ethan, Elizabeth, and Evan. She enjoys traveling, warm weather, reading and hiking. Chere joined our office in October of 2016, and is excited to get to know each one of our patients!

The staff was very friendly, and the office was clean and comfortable, but... I told them I had a dental emergency and needed some work done asap. They told me I could come in that very same day, which led me to believe they could get the work done quickly. After paying out of pocket for an exam, I'm told they're booked for the next 2 months. I made it clear that my issue was urgent. If they knew they couldn't get the work done for 2 months, why didn't they just tell me that in the first place? Thanks for wasting my time and money. Luckily I was able to find another dentist that could take care of it much sooner.

Excellent service. Very professional, very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Bird was very good at explaining to me my diagnosis and gave me options on how to proceed. On a plus note, they have great music there! :D

Jeff Bird runs a fantastic clinic staffed with professionals who care. This place is clean and efficient, the people are friendly, and the treatment is high quality. I used to dread going to the dentist, but I don't anymore.

This is my second review for my daughter, as she wanted me to post for kids: Dr. Bird is the most gentle and I love the entire staff! I was afraid from some terrible experiences at 6 and now I'm always looking forward to my visits! Thank you all ~ Shelby My review was overridden so I will expand here: I am so thankful for the Entire staff here! They are the very best and worth waiting for if there is a wait to become a new patient. Thank you all for everything you make every visit a joy!
