As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.
Dr. Jeffrey S. Bird completed his dental schooling at the University of Kentucky in 2011. Upon graduation he moved to Polson, MT and worked for Tribal Health. Dr. Bird remained there for two years until he became an associate with Dr. Tim Bagnell in Ronan, MT. In June of 2015, Dr. Bird bought a private practice in Polson and began Bird Family Dentistry. Dr. Bird enjoys all aspects of dentistry, specifically working with children and helping patients create a smile they can be proud of. Dr. Bird has privileges at St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, where he can perform dental surgeries with anesthesia to serve young patients or those with special needs. This prevents many patients from having to travel for their dental care. Dr. Bird and his wife, Melea, have four children, three girls and a boy. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time road biking, mountain biking, skiing and being with his family.

Cari graduated in 2005 from Idaho State University with her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Cari was born and raised her in Polson. She is married to Cody, and they have two awesome energetic boys, Cashton and Colton. Cari loves to ski, fish and do anything outdoors with her family. Cari has 10 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
Melissa joined our practice in July of 2015 as a Dental Assistant. She and her husband and their two girls moved to Polson three months ago. Her husband Matt works as a teacher and a wrestling coach for Polson High School. Melissa enjoys hiking, and spending time with her family outdoors and loves living in the Mission Valley.
Chere will be the first smiling face you will see when you enter our office! Chere and her husband Dave have four children, Elise, Ethan, Elizabeth, and Evan. She enjoys traveling, warm weather, reading and hiking. Chere joined our office in October of 2016, and is excited to get to know each one of our patients!

The staff is super nice, BUT..... I have had nothing but problems with all the work they did on me so far!!! Not very happy with the job Dr. Star did on my fillings.... My back tooth has a jagged edge. It also has a rather large Gap between the tooth and gum.... Staff is nice, bang up job trying to fix my teeth. Transferred to a different dentist and will not be taking my kids there .

Just had some old caps removed and replaced with new ones by Dr. Bird and his staff. I could not have asked for anything better!! They did a superb job and my teeth look fabulous. A+ for Dr. Bird, his staff, and the dental lab that does his work.

I was very impressed while at the clinic today. A particular song began to play on the speaker music. I overheard Dr. Bird asking a staff nember to change the song. He had youngster in and felt it inappropriate. So caring and thoughtful of others. The whole staff is this way. I'm pleased to have been his patient for over 5 years. Great job !!
