Choosing a dentist is hard. This office is quite far for us but absolutely worth it. If you're like me and came to the reviews before you go - don't hesitate. Make your appointment. I kept seeing the word Kind in other reviews and it's 100% accurate. I took my daughter in with known cavities and they took care of them the same day. All the staff was very caring and explained things so thoroughly every step of the way. We have found our new dentist and encourage anyone looking to go here as well!

Let me be blunt and to the point the dentist is super sweet and gentle he is a very nice man however his front office staff are downright horrible people they are the worst they're rude they're disrespectful they treat you like you owe them something I'm never my life

Went in to have broken tooth looked at. Spent an hour and a half doing paperwork, x-rays, etc. I have a broken tooth it needs fixed. I don't want to talk about cleaning, tooth thay MAY need filled because of sensitivity (my teeth are not sensitive. Eat/drink hot/cold ALL THE TIME). Just fix my tooth. Finally Dr says we'll have to do a crown ($600). What about pulling? That's too drastic. Yeah. Cheaper too No thanks. Going to my old, out of network dentist. She may be a little more expensive but she listens to me and doesn't take FOREVER. Will never recommend this place...

Casey the tech was very very nice. I don't remember the doctors name but he was great also. I have Aetna insurance and they were out of network. But Casey called another dental office here in town close by , but they don't have any openings too the middle of July. The doctor and Casey decided not to charge me anything for today which was a blessing. Thank you Birchwood Dental

Amazing helpful and friendly staff! There was an issue with insurance and they patiently helped me get if figured out and still made sure to get me in without rescheduling. Casey, the dental assistant, was so friendly and welcoming it felt like I had a friend there with me the whole time. They don't try to push you into anything simple no and they don't press. Glad I I found them in network with my insurance!

Birchwood was made a turnaround. My appointment today went by extremly well today. The hygienist, Stacey, that cleaned my teeth was extremly comforting and easy to talk to. (In-between my teeth being cleaned ) the Dr came in, Dr. Lo, and had discovered that had was presenting a small cavity on one of my back teeth. So they fixed my tooth that day! I meet a very nice dental assistant named Casey, who's hospitality makes you feel like your welcomed, cared for, and herd. Casey even made sure that I liked the match of the color to use for the filling! Dr. Lo is extremly kind and funny. He has a very good eye and I feel as though I can trust that my teeth are finally in good hands there and Birchwood. I've been a patient here at Birchwood sense 2015, and I can say that I've never been more impressed. I am highly satisfied, and I look forward to seeing these wonderful faces agian!
