They also do a thorough job in treating all our patients, and they are attentive and caring with everyone who visits our office. Carie received her Bachelor of Science in health science from Minnesota State University Mankato in 2004. She is a 2006 graduate of Lake Superior College, where she earned her Dental Hygiene degree. She joined our team in 2018 and enjoys the fun work environment and the family feeling at our office. Carie is married with three kid and enjoys doing almost anything outdoors!

Registered Dental Hygienist Sarah became a part of Birch Point Dental in 2015. She earned her associate degree a Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and is licensed to administer local anesthesia. She and her husband Corey have three Siberian Huskies. Away from the office, Sarah looks forward to walking her dogs, racing snowmobiles, painting and remodeling.

Dental Assistant & Receptionist Ashley joined our office in October 2018. She loves her amazing boss and the teamwork at our office and the way everyone gets along. Every day, she puts her customer service skills happy, disposition and positive attitude to work for her fellow team members and our patients.

My experience was going well for approximately 3 months. I inquired about pricing for a bridge, which they had suggested, and was told i would probably end up paying around 800 after insurance. That was just a guesstimate. At any rate, I went back for some fillings and then they began to prep for the bridge, while not discussing payments or bills. They had waited until AFTER, they prepped for the bridge to tell me that I will have to pay 2100. out of pocket before they will finish, which should ideally take place within 2 weeks after prep. Is that a normal business practice? So now here I am with temporaries unable to afford 2100 dollars. Im stuck and im now worse off then I was before. It seems to me, they should disclose a bill that high BEFORE a procedure like that. Im an elementary teacher and a single father; I simply do not have 2100 laying around, which I would have gladly told them had I known. Not even sure where to go from here, and extremely concerned about my teeth now. They WERE a friendly staff and had no complaints up until now. I would suggest some improvements on the billing and informational end for this place. This does not seem an honest way to do business.
