Jessica has been providing excellent care as a dental hygienist since 2014. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Lane Community College. Jessica and her husband Jared, have an adorable son Cole. When she isnt educating her patients about the importance of clean teeth, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including traveling, camping and hiking with her little family.
Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Parkreceived his Bachelors of Science degree from Baker University in Kansas. He graduated in 1991from dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Concerned about access for dental care, Dr. Parkwas instrumental in the design and development of the South LaneChildren's Dental Clinic where he continues to volunteer his time.Hewas a member of the Cottage Grove Peace Health Hospital Operational Board. Dr. Parkhas recently spent time in Haiti on a medical/dental mission and is looking forward to returning there soon.
Dr. Park and Dr. Tammy were married while in dental school and have 3 beautiful daughters. He likes to claim that raising 3girls is the reason for his baldness. We tend to believe him. Outside of the officeheenjoys fishing,bow huntingand working on antique cars.
Danireceived her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2015. Dani has lived in Lane County all of her life and is married to her high school sweetheart. They welcomed their first baby in February of 2018 and are expecting their second in December! When she has a moment to spare, she enjoys coaching volleyball at CGHS and spending time with her friends and family.
Dr. Tammy was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She attended the University of Texas San Antonio prior to graduating from dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1991.
Dr. Tammy completed her Conscious Sedation training in 2006 and earned her fellowship award from the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2008. Although she enjoys general dentistry, she has a passion for implant surgery and complex cases.
Dr. Tammy also volunteers at the South LaneChildren's Dental Clinic.Outside of the office, Dr. Tammy enjoys gardening, the lake and spending time with her family. If you need to be out of our office at a certain time, don't ask her about her chickens!
A multitasking wonder of an Office Manager, Tiffani has been with our office since 2010. Youll meet Tiffani during your first visit as she guides you through your treatment plan options as well as finding a financial arrangement that works best for you! Tiffani has loved getting to know our amazing patients and creating lasting friendships. In her spare time, she enjoys water sports and working on her property with her Fianc Weston and dog Odie.
Audrey received her training at Lane Community Dental Assisting Program in 2017. Her joyful spirit is infectious and patients love seeing her sweet smile. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, riding dirt bikes and cuddling her cat Gracie.
Melissa, one of our friendly dental assistants is a graduate of Lane Community College Dental Assisting Program in 2003. Melissa has been with our office since 2016 and has made an impact on our team with her positive attitude and fun personality. She may seem a tad shy at first, but once you get her talking you can expect to hear a lot about the time she spends with The Oregon Cowgirls Rodeo Drill Team and her family.
Braeden is our newest addition to Birch Avenue Dental. She received her schooling at Lane Community College in 2018. Braeden was born and raised in Cottage Grove and enjoysspending time with her boyfriend Tyler. Her favorite past time activities include Pilates and yoga.

I highly recommend Birch Dental. I can't say enough great things about this practice! The staff are all so knowledgeable, personable and fun to be around. Every single member of their team goes above and beyond to create a positive experience, make sure patients are comfortable, understand the procedure and know what is being done every step of the visit. Plus, my feet get cold and they bring me a blanket! Kudos Birch Avenue Dental!

Everyone at Birch Avenue Dental is kind, welcoming, concerned and just WONDERFUL! I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works here. I have had some very difficult experiences in the past regarding dental work. Not any more! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. My experience was very pleasant...Tammy was very kind and knowledgeable, as was the entire staff. The atmosphere was relaxing, had a great view of the trees out back...very meditative, I will be going back.
