My son had a porcelain cap that fell off his front tooth. They got me in the same day and corrected it for me. It was a quick and easy fix thanks to them.

I called to cancel my appt b/c I found a better dentist, and I was told by Diane that my appt was already canceled b/c of the negative comment I wrote on this very page! With professional businesses who care about their clientele, they'll usually respond to your comment to see how they can make it better or how they can better assist you and try to rectify the problem, right? Not this business! Proven again that they have enough patients and they don't need to give individual attention so they don't.

Very terrible experience! my 2 year old is so traumatized to go to any dentist or any doctor because of them ! never coming to this place again!

Over all the actual seeing dentist was good but they need to do some up keep in the lobby half the play pads dont work, when i was in the play area with me kids the floor was dirty, and the bathroom smelled of dirty diapers.

Bippo is the most efficient children's dentistry around. Oh, and lets not forget the friendly staff.

Bippo's has so many patients and dentists that it is an absolute zoo. You don't get that personalized care that you used to get when the practice was smaller. You never know what dentist your child is going to see and when you do meet the dentist, they don't tell you their name and they MIGHT spend 5 minutes with your child, then they're on to the next one. And since they do have so many patients, they could care less if they keep you as a patient or not! Not recommending.

My son had an abscessed tooth and was in major pain Labor Day weekend. I called over (not kidding) 30 dentist office's begging for someone to see my son on a Friday. Bippos was the only company that 1. worked with us but 2. showed compassion towards our emergency situation. Shout out to Rosa for helping me out in the Mandeville office and gaining her company three new patients. All my children will go here moving forward. Dr. Heidi Paridon was top notch and so sweet with my son and me. I will always be grateful for their kindness and urgency to help us.

Its been years since I've been here but today at work me and my co-workers started having a conversation about our worst dentist experiences and surprisingly enough, 3 of my co-workers ALSO said this place SCARD them as a child. I hated this place. The staff was terrible. As a child this was the place that made me hate going to the dentist, I never once left this place not crying. Your parents are not allowed in the back ( at least back then ) and that is probably because of the way they treat your here. I remember being held down and the nurses were really unpleasant to be around, they were not nice to me at all and I was a child at the time. I don't remember any males here, They were all females at the time I was going here. I remember being in physical pain as some of these ladies were working on my teeth CRYING and they did not care. I do not suggest this place to anyone. I will never bring my kids here.

Traveled from a distance to get here for 2 appointments for kids, been waiting over an hour just to be seen and still waiting. This is ridiculous, why schedule appointments when you make people wait so long and we got here early. Poor customer service, rude staff, don't care about people they serve.

Absolutely terrible. They used a papoose board on me a few Years back, dentist trauma ever since. Not to mention the mascot in my face the whole time, and the worst part, they couldn't even pull the tooth. I had to pull it myself at home. Numbing liquid didn't work, either. VERY. TERRIBLE.

While scheduling an appointment time Diane was extremely rude for no reason. Everyone there from my previous experiences have been pleasant. So I was caught off guard dealing with someone so disgustingly rude and disrespectful when I was giving her respect. She has a bad attitude. I think that her rudeness it is a common theme when you see other comments referencing specifically Diane and how they were treated by her.I would not recommend this place after my experience with Diane. DISGUSTING!!!
