Sleepy Juice Our anesthesia used to numb your child's tooth. We never use words like shot or needle. We simply squirt sleepy juice all around their tooth and explain to your child that they may feel tiny little pinches around their tooth as it drifts off to sleep. If they are really quiet, they may hear the tooth snore!

The staff was very unprofessional the ladies where just standing in groups on there phones didn't communicate properly walked off without telling you if your done or not everyone looked lost or had to ask another staff member what to do as if they didn't go to school for it they all have bad attitudes passing around patients papers because they didn't feel like doing it I wish I was making this up but I have never seen a whole staff that was that unprofessional they told me my son had an infection but yet scheduled me 2 months without no type of antibiotics to cure the infection that's insane on top of that the young lady acted like she didn't wanna schedule me I will never come here again don't get me started on how it looked inside

This place is awesome! I would definitely recommend it! Everyone is super nice and friendly and I love how they have a ton of stuff for kids to do and play with while we wait.

All and all it's a pleasant experience for kids I've been going to Bippo since Dr Donaldson was my dentist himself , then his daughter, and now my kid is 11 It's always a pleasure with Dr. Noman ,some assistants have unwelcoming posture & unfriendly faces but there was this one Assistant she was phenomenal I'm pretty sure her name was Chevis she was the main reason for the review because she made my kid feel very comfortable and she talked to him the entire time while getting her job done , Chevis you're awesome !!!

Such a bad experience my daughters appointment was pushed back not once but twice we waited another month for another appointment after that they called me to confirm an appointment for that week Friday i showed up to her appointment for them to tell me it wasn't that Friday but the next week. Customer service is horrible over all such a bad experience

Wait time was not long and staff was friendly. The dentist Dr. Jan was very nice and gave some helpful advice about an issue my child has been having. The hygienist was very sweet too, I can't remember her name though. Very good experience for my child's first trip to the dentist.

I took my two year old for a long over do check out today and she had a blast in the play room. The staff and the dentist are very child friendly and kept her calm during her exam. They office is very professional and courteous . I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the visit today. Dr. Norman is very pleasant. Our second time seeing him. He's very engaging. Very polite. Today I saw Dr. Dols very polite . The Dental assistant who brushed my child teeth was very nice engaged in conversation with her. She took the x-rays awesome made her feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you

Staff was fast and efficient. Dr. Katie and Amanda were amazing in treating my son. Thankfully, the tooth was able to be cleaned and resealed and no cavity was present. Thank you guys for always going the extra mile!

Dr Norman and his staff are amazing! I would describe Dr Norman as a big teddy bear. He is so gentle and so good with children. Highly recommend

Would give 5 stars, but appt was 1hr 15 min late. Other than that, the technician who cleaned my daughter's teeth was wonderful! My daughter is special needs, was scared she was going to fall off of the dental chair. The technician made her feel at ease, was so caring and gave me great advice on how to better clean my daughter's teeth. The dentist was very nice also and very thorough. I feel that my daughter received great care today!
