Dr. Phan graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry and has been practicing for 16 years with experiences in all aspects of general dentistry. After years practicing in Los Angeles and South Orange County, Dr. Phan decided to relocate to Cypress and took over Cypress Dental Care over 3 years ago. He has learned that Cypress Dental Care has been serving the residents of Cypress and neighboring cities with a long history of excellence in dental care. He personally feels honor and privileged to continue that tradition.
Starting early in dental school, Dr. Phan always believes that he should treat any of his patient as if he or she was one of his friends or family members. Or in other words, he always treats his patients with the highest respect and professionalism. Dr. Phan enjoys helping patients taking care of dental problems and brighten their smiles. With such passion for his work, Dr. Phan has continually learned and updated his knowledges to implement the best treatments and technologies to his practice.
Beside dentistry, Dr. Phan enjoys spending time with his family, biking, jogging, and swimming. With a family-oriented approach, Dr. Phan would like to make his practice a dental care home for his patients where they could count on in need.

I needed to be seen urgently for a painful tooth. My dentist wasn't available for 3 weeks. I saw Dr Phan had good reviews, so I called and his friendly staff was able to squeeze me in that day. He fixed my problem easily. I liked that he texted me next day to see how I was doing. That kind of caring is hard to find, that's why Dr.Phan is my dentist now.

I had a root canal procedure, and Dr. Phan made it so easy and painless for me. The office staff is so friendly! Highly recommend this office for anyone who's nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Phan will make you feel at ease because he's skilled and experienced.

I'm writing this review for my in-laws that use minimal technology and whom are both patients of this office. At the time my mother-in-law wrote this she and her husband were both patients and we sadly lost my father-in-law recently. Dr. Phan and Olivia personally delivered the most beautiful floral arrangement to our home along with bags of bakery goodies and the most thoughtful hand-written letter. Our family was floored by this. A meaningful personal patient-doctor relationship is hard to find these days:) Review written by patient Cookie Gross If you want to visit a dental office that is sparkling clean with a smart, friendly and very efficient doctor and staff then Dr. Binh Phan and assistants Olivia and Paula at Cypress Dental Care is your place to visit! As a veteran of the US Navy, I was trained as a dental technician and worked for several dentists when I was discharged. I ended up working at the VA hospital in Long Beach's dental clinic before becoming a homemaker. Dr. Phan without a doubt does excellent work and his injections are not painful as some can be (especially the front upper and lower). What I find most admirable is the fact that he doesn't push you to have unnecessary work and he does preventative work when necessary and takes good care of your mouth. So if you need very good dental care PLEASE give this group a chance!

Dr. Phan is amazing. I was in need of a dentist after breaking a tooth. Dr. Phan was kind enough to see me the same day. He was quick to put me at ease and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix my tooth. Have I mentioned that he is awesome at giving shots. I didn't feel a thing. If you are looking for a dentist that is caring and treats you like part of the family, this is your guy. He is truly a nice guy and is very professional. Another added bonus is his office staff. They are friendly and professional as well. Every appointment has been a great experience.

The worst dental office ever. No communication with the patient whatsoever and don't even care enough to let the patient know that they won't do the work for them. When I called to follow up on the claim, the dentist said that he won't do the job and that we need to see another dentist. Awful customer service.

Dr Phan and the whole office staffs are wonderful. Always welcoming with smiles and treat everyone like family. Dr Phan is great with preventative care and always gentle with no pain. I love coming here and I'm so happy to have found Dr Phan and Cyoress Dental Care to be my home for all dental needs.

Posting for my parents: We have been going to Dr. Binh Phan since 2021. Dr. Phan is very thorough and takes his time to examine and address whatever issues you have. His staff is very friendly and patient with us to make sure we are well taken care of. We highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist!

My family goes to Dr. Binh Phan for all our dental works for almost four years. He is by far the most caring and concerning dentist we ever go to for our dental needs.. We will forever be his patients until he retires from his profession. I highly recommend him for all your dental concerns. You won't regret it!!!!

Dr Phan, is by far the best Dentist I ever had. I went to him for emergency services , he helped me, he was kind, he was gentle. He explained everything to me.He talked to me during the procedure to make sure I was feeling okay. I am definitely going back to him.

When I can manage to doze off (naturally / without "gas") while having my teeth worked on, there's a definite cause for recognition. The work is done well, and everyone is friendly. Basically, it's a combination of competency and an overall pleasant experience. I've had regular cleanings, fillings, and a few crowns, and I have no complaints. My family also goes to Dr. Phan's office, and I have often recommended the office to other family members, friends, and even colleagues.

You guys, if you need to see a dentist and you live near the area (or even if you don't) please come here!! Two weeks ago, I had been having pain and extreme sensitivity on the left side, both top and bottom side for a couple of weeks. Just the thought of seeing a dentist scared me so much because of the pain and the price (without proper dental insurance). Looked around on Yelp and saw this place had great reviews and was fairly close to my house. Nervous, I reluctantly called and made an appointment. Came into the office and and everyone was super professional, friendly, extremely clean and cautious. They had hand sanitizers everywhere, plexiglass in the front desk area, designated "clean" and "used" pen holders. They also took my temperature before letting me inside the treatment area. Dr. Phan and his wife, Olivia, were both so kind and patient with me. Explained everything so well. I never felt pressured to get a bunch of work done. They showed me clear pictures of areas of concern and also X-rays of all my teeth. Dr. Phan was understanding of my fear of dentists. The teeth cleaning was very thorough and the filling procedure was actually pretty painless. Today, I had my very first permanent crown placed. I was scared of the entire process, but Dr. Phan was as gentle as possible-- which I really appreciate. Additionally, all the staff are extremely friendly which definitely adds to the pleasant experience. Overall, my experience was amazing! After the anesthesia wore off, my mouth was not in pain, unlike from past dentists. I will be taking my daughters and husband here, as well as recommending this clinic to anyone else too.

My painful and terrible tooth problem was gone right after the first visit to Dr. Phan. Doctor is very skillful, patient, gentle, and professional. Safety is the best! Staff members are very helpful, cooperative, and friendly. Appointment is very flexible and no waiting time. I'm happy I chose a right one.

I wanted to share my experience... I am very satisfied and happy that Dr. Phan Binh took care of my smile. He is a particularly kind, attentive, meticulous, and perfectionist practitioner who not only does the work but also takes time to educate me how to take care of my teeth/gum. While I have been told for years that it was impossible to do anything to improve my smile, he was able to do a great job for which I thank him very much. My big acknowledgement is also for the entire team, who are super friendly, caring and attentive.

For years I put off going to a dentist because of a childhood experience in a dental chair. NO LONGER if I can continue to come to the office of Dr. Binh Pham DDS. Their staff are great also. I left pain free. And looking forward to my next visit.

We have been going to Dr Phan for a few years now and are quite happy with his services. His prices are reasonable, but the best part is how thorough the doctor is. He always makes time for our questions and spends extra time with our kids sharing the importance of good dental hygiene. His wife also works in the office which might explain the happy vibe you feel when you walk in.
