The dentist is a nice guy but the staff he hires leaves alot to be desired. The woman there are rude condescending and inpatient. And I've noticed staff changes frequently

My girlfriend goes here and she's gone multiple times and only had one OKAY appointment. She got a call 2 or 3 months ago saying they were out of a dentist and had to cancel non urgent appointments. They were supposed to call her back within 2 weeks. She finally gets a call today to schedule a filling and the "manager" Jessica told her since she can't afford her treatment plan there was nothing they could do and she giggled while telling her this.. So my girlfriend said well since you think this is funny can I please speak to the manager and while still giggling she said I am? Jessica is a sick human being and should not be a manager when she has no ounce of human decency. This is not the place for anyone whom is anxious while going to the dentist. There is no comfort here.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is very unprofessional. I received at least 6 reminder texts and emails about my upcoming appointment and messages regarding filling out my paperwork ahead of time to save on check-in on the day of my first appointment (I was a new patient). I work in Ithaca, as a dental professional myself, and took the day off today to get X-rays and an exam for a 2nd opinion on something. I have temporary state insurance bc of a family leave I took for remote schooling and this was one of the only places that takes that insurance unfortunately. I pulled in to the parking lot at 11:22, drove 30 mins to get there mind you, and my phone began to ring as I was in the parking lot; It was the receptionist calling and said that she knew I had an appointment soon (yup in 8 mins) and wanted to tell me that they were extremely behind and I would have a long wait if I kept my appointment. I said that was fine. She continued to say ok but it's a really long wait and you can reschedule. I told her that I couldn't bc of work. She continued to say that I can come next Monday or tomorrow; Once again, I work and took the day off. I asked how long the wait would be and said 1, 2 hours and she said yeah probably. I honestly would wait bc I had a babysitter and took the day off w nothing else planned but she basically wasn't calling to warn me about the wait but cancel my appointment. I told her the insurance I have is temporary bc I'm back to work now and it expires in June so I'd like to be seen but nothing and said it's "just" an exam and X-rays. I can not stand when people use the terms "just" a prophy or "just" an exam bc those are extremely important aspects of our overall oral health! I get having to cancel or move patient's appointments but with an 8 minute notice and lack of care of doing so was unacceptable. The overall vibe and lack of care and respect I experienced was disgusting and I can NOT imagine treating any of my patients that way (and yes I also work at an office that takes state insurances as well as private)! And I know getting a one star review is probably no big deal to them bc people w state insurance have to go somewhere and have no choice when only a handful of places takes that insurance but hopefully it reaches someone that works there and they change their ways even a little.

Don't go here!!! Absolutely terrible experience. The blonde girl who works there needs to be turned in im sick of her talking bad about directly in front of me!!! If I didn't need dentures I would not be returning and they will be turned in as soon as I get my dentures. Every time I have gone to my appointment I have had a problem! The dentist raised his voice to me absolutely uncalled for. If there was a rating for zero stars they would definitely be getting it

I went to this office yesterday and never seen such a place. First off the deal clerk was quite rude about any questions I had. When they brought me in back for xray you can clearly see draws are falling apart with equipment just hanging from them. I saw dirt and grime on xray showing it doesn't get sterilized daily at all. It also didn't have a service ticket on it like it should. Then I'm brought to the room and all the machines have no service stickers. (This is a OSHA rule)there no real privacy in there rooms either. The doctor is rude and barely listen to concerns. I have a few pictures of this place as I took some when I wasn't being guarded like a prisoner. This is just a summary but I could write much much more. 0/10 just professionalism and sanitary conditions alone. Especially with covid . I also saw no degrees on walls or permits that officiate them to practice. I will honestly contacting OSHA this afternoon

Ok raise your hands, if you enjoy going to the dentist. First the first time? I raised mine why ? Because I had the absolute pleasure of meeting 5 amazing women. Vibha, Naz, Ashley, Susan & Dr. Fomete. All kind, courteous, helpful, professional as well as sincere. Because of my own neglect. I have some challenges. Rest assured I am in Great Hands!!!!! Thank you All Michael Bednar Lifestylefit22.org

They made certain that I was completely numb before starting to drill my tooth. They definitely care about their patients here and take care of them.

New ownership. New dentist. New policies. Do not go by old reviews! Been very happy with this place for years but they changed ownership during pandemic and now it feels like visiting a used car lot with icky new practices. Place is clean, assistants are all great, but several new policies make you feel as if you're a pigeon being plucked. Haven't needed any work in years but, suddenly, the new dentist found about 6 things that 'need' to be done. Told them what I agreed to have done, told them I definitely do not want molar capped (tooth is perfectly fine; & previous dentistS *plural* had no problem with it). Told them I would think about other work they wanted to do, but I definitely need filling that fell out replaced ASAP. Upon leaving, they wanted me to sign something about procedure I told them I was going to think about. Told her I wasn't signing it because it explicitly gave them my consent to do the work. Get back a week later and, you guessed it, they were ready to cap the tooth that, on previous visit, I told SEVERAL people I definitely did not want done. Told them I needed filling that fell out replaced. So, after numbing that side of my face, she worked on 3 teeth even though none of them were on the list of original 6 things.I guess adding other 2 teeth made it worth her while? Make you read & sign a waiver acknowledging that a simple filling procedure may result in "permanent" pain. Hygienists were great. Receptionists are nice but, apparently, tasked with the new profit-increasing tactics. New dentist felt the need to call an assistant into the room to politely scold her about a trivial error (in front of me and hygienist). Yuck.

My first time going there today and couldn't have been more pleased. Filled out the paperwork and literally as soon as I was done they called me right back. No waiting at ALL! Which I find rare at dental offices. Got X-rays and my teeth cleaned in less than 30 minutes and the dentist came in less than 5 minutes after the cleaning. My hygienist was wonderful as well. She had 30 years of experience and made me feel comfortable considering I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. Lastly, they were great about scheduling and not having to wait months to get in like some places. I never thought I would say this but I look forward going back to my next cleaning.

I highly recommend coming here. I get severe anxiety about going to the dentist, even just for a cleaning and Rachel was absolutely amazing. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and reassured that I was going to make it lol. Not to mention, she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She had her job cut out for her too because I haven't stepped foot in a dentist office for 6 years because of a really bad experience I had the last time I was at a dentist. Even the receptionist was great!

The hygienists and dentist were wonderful. But if you call, the receptionists, one in particular, is very rude. She doesn't seem to understand English very well, which is fine, but she will straight up say goodbye as you are asking to speak to or leave message for dentist, etc. Then proceeds to hang up. Very frustrating when this has happened 4 separate times with the same receptionist. It's as if she doesn't know how to work the phone either.

A highly unprofessional rip off place.Bad customer service as the owner of the place named Prab will charge upfront fee and if you dont take service from them will make you come back and forth for the refund .In fact it took us Oct 13 to today Nov 5th to get the check from her. When I was making a video of the customer service offered they called Binghamton police on me and came out with the check. I will definitely not go there and also recommend other to beware of this scam place .
