Vickii R. Bingham-Lester, DMD began her journey into dentistry at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. She is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and completed residency in general practice at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Bingham-Lester worked in the public health sector and in private practice in New York for several years before relocating to Maryland.
A special interest in helping patients enjoy a high quality of life with healthy, functional smiles led Dr. Bingham-Lester to delve deeper into the science and practice of dental implantology. She earned Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a well-respected dental implant educational organization. Dr. Bingham-Lester performs both placement of dental implants and final restorations.
Dr. Bingham-Lester loves the energetic vibe of the Baltimore/DC area, and the friendliness of suburban Gambrills and Crofton, MD. Her dental office has state-of-the art equipment and technologies, in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Bingham-Lester Dentistry is a family practice, welcoming patients of all ages for a broad range of dental services preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical.
Lauren is a graduate of the Community College of Baltimore County's Dental Hygiene Program. Going to the dentist was her favorite 'doctor's visit' growing up, which began her interest in pursuing a career in dental hygiene. She always thought getting her teeth cleaned was the best feeling and hopes to provide that same experience for her patients. Her calm demeanor helps to make your visit stress free and enjoyable. In her free time, she likes to workout, go to concerts and spend time with friends and family.
Michele is a graduate of Allegany College of Maryland and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Since young childhood, she always knew she wanted to become a dental hygienist. After having the opportunity to work in the dental field as a teenager, she knew this was the career for her. Michelle maintains the same passion for hygiene as when she first began her career over 20 years ago, stating, 'Making patients feel at ease and smile again after coming to the dental office is a wonderful sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.'
During her career, she has had the opportunity to work with doctors practicing in several specialties including periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatrics. Michelle has also shared her expertise in the field by mentoring other dental hygienists.
A graduate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Vickii R. Bingham-Lester, has several years of experience in private practice and is an established professional with a wealth of skill and knowledge in the field of dentistry.
As the lead dentist and founder of Bingham-Lester Dentistry, her aim is to provide the best possible oral care for her patients. She achieves this by maintaining a pleasant and friendly attitude towards all her patients irrespective of age or ethnicity, whilst investing in the latest technology for improved accuracy and efficiency during treatment procedures.
Dr. Bingham-Lester offers an array of services which include preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. She takes a special interest in dental Implantology. She is also the prestigious recipient of a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

I scheduled a appointment about 2 weeks ago for the 7th of January. Immediately documented it in my Calender. I explained that I have anxiety with dentists and I'm looking for a calming/relaxing atmosphere. I showed up to my appointment on time and was greeted by the receptionist who was extremely rude, interupted me by taking a phone call that could have waited considering I was a customer waiting to check in to be seen. When the receptionist hung up the phone proceeded to tell me I had no appointment that day and that it was scheduled for January 14th which is completely inaccurate. She completely acted as if the fault is mine for I know it was not. She didn't even apologize to me for any inconvenience. The snarl in her eyes was not friendly. When people need dental care they need care and compassion and that is not what I got. I will not be attending this dental office ever again. I will prefer to go someone else for I no longer have trust. I would like to be treated with respect and get care and compassion.

Going to the dentist is never "fun" however this office made it easy. Fast check in, convenient hours and extremely kind staff. Dr. Bingham-Lester is thorough and patient which puts you at ease. Overall, great visit and Im happy to know they will schedule me and the kids at the same time, every time.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity but Dr. Bingham-Lester and her staff always make it as easy and convenient as possible. Great service by the doctor, no surprises and she always takes the time to give me alternatives if I'm looking to do cosmetic things too. Her staff is also very helpful in getting me in to fit my schedule. Thanks again for all the great support over the years.

I was always scared to go to the dentist because of a bad experience. My daughter introduced me to Dr. Bingham-lester and I was so happy when I left. She was Outstanding and helpful I have never been so pleased with anyone. I will be going back until all of my dental work is completed and there after for all follow ups. Her staff is also the same Outstanding. Thank you all

I highly recommend Dr. Bingham-Lester. She's meticulous, a perfectionist, informative, caring and has a great personality. Her staff is great too; friendly & helpful. Up-to date technology, I loved when I had a crown replaced, she made the permanent tooth right there in the office. The office is very clean. I am very pleased with Dr. Bingham-Lester and staff! Prior to Dr. Bingham-Lester; I disliked going to the dentist, now I go, I feel no pain when I have my teeth cleaned from sensitivity and no pain when having work completed. She's the BEST!

This practice is outstanding! I am a fairly new patient who already feels special and valued. Everyone greets you with a smile and thoroughly explains the process and next steps, as it pertains to their roles. Dr. Brown is awesome! I appreciate her knowledge, skills, and expertise. She gives her undivided attention, sound explanations and, most of all, does not intimidate when drilling in the mouth. Now, that is no easy feat! If you are looking for a dentist...look no further!
