My recent visit to the Biltmore Dental Group was a 5 star experience. I was warmly greeted. I waited only a few minutes, in the comfortable lobby. I was then escorted to the next room. Lisa and Elaine are two of the kindest hygienists I've ever met. They are efficient, gentle, and thorough. Finally, Diane, at the front desk, a very long term office manager, with a sweet smile, finalized my paperwork. I received a fun goody bag of gifts that demonstrated the professionalism and care of the Team. Dr. Sam evaluated me as a new patient. She too was easy to talk to and she patiently listened as I described my concerns. She offered advice, wisdom and solutions. I am actually looking forward to my next visit to the Dentist. :) With Gratitude, Monica

I had a great experience today, even though I had to get a root canal. Dr. Plisky and Lisa were so professional, I loved the way he explained to me what they were doing and kept checking me to make sure I was OK. I would highly recommend going to the Biltmore Dentist Group.

My experience at Biltmore Dental Group was excellent from start to finish. The office staff are friendly and professional. Dr Clarence Plisky was personable, highly skilled, and efficient. He repaired my broken tooth with a cap on the same day. The procedure was painless and my mouth feels like it's back to normal.

Dr. Plisky and his entire staff are exceptional--extremely caring, calming, and efficient. I have been a patient for many years and cannot imagine a better dental experience.

Elaine is so kind and thoughtful. I've been seeing den tists for over 7 decades and never had a hygienist as caring: she explained that she'd put a bit of Vaseline on my lips to keep them from splitting, never had that kindness before. The x-ray bites were soft, not a mouth cutting hard plastic. She also told me if I needed to swallow to close my lips, not wait for her go ahead.. who knew? Great facility, clean and kind folks throughout.

Clean and professional. Most importantly they do not dental shame you for not taking perfect care of your teeth. 10/10

Had a very Gr8, positive experience with these folks. I'm new to this office, such a high level of attentiveness, care and concerns of my previous experience with the other dentist. They didn't keep me waiting, staff greets you with a smile. Just very positive Vibes up in here. Will definitely share my experience with others....

This was my first visit with Biltmore Dental group and I was impressed. They texted me all the forms to fill out online before my appointment. Then they texted me reminders and after I arrived, I texted them I was there, in the parking lot and, when the waiting room was clear, texted me to come in. Everybody was masked, and the exam rooms very clean. All the staff was professional and so nice! I don't like going to the dentist but Biltmore Dental made it painless and my teeth are so clean and happy! I wore my stylish red wine glass mask, so be sure to wear your favorite mask too when you see them.

I am a big scaredy cat, and I can say that every single experience at this practice has helped me get over my fears. From the doctors, through the staff, but especially the supportive, empathy filled front desk staff. I walk in, terrified, but leave healthier, happier, and a little less scaredy. The quality of the work they do is fantastic. I feel like they really listen to me, and I love the way they use technology and communicate with patients. If you were looking for a safe place for dental care, especially during a pandemic, Biltmore is a great choice.

I haven't been to so many dentists that I can really compare and contrast, but I definitely love Biltmore Dental Group. My husband and I have been patients for 3 years. The office is so efficient and communicative. They answer the phones and return messages timely, they're always polite. All of the dental staff that I've met have been great. They're upbeat, kind, and above and beyond courteous especially since I radiate nervousness (I hate going to the dentist...). Every time I've gone in, they work to make me comfortable. They answer all my questions and seem to genuinely care about my dental health as they give clear instructions and take their time. Like I said, I can't compare to another office with any specifics, but their technology and products are awesome. As much as I hate getting my teeth worked on, it's such a pleasant environment with such a wonderful staff.

I have utilized the service of Biltmore Dental Group for many years. They are all so professional and dedicated to what they do. Dr Oberg, Dr. Plisky and especially Diana are the most compassionate and wonderful people I've have ever met. The entire staff are remarkable ! I highly recommend anyone to them.

Went to Biltmore Dental Group for the first time today, and had a great experience. Elaine & Dr. Plisky are great!! Very respectful, kind, professional and warm. I will definitely keep going back & I highly recommend this office. What a pleasant visit!
