I have been a patient at Biltmore Dental Group for many years. My recent teeth cleaning with new hygienist, Anna, was a great experience. She is gentle, communicated well, and has an engaging personality. I hope she is my hygienist for many years to come. Additionally, the dentists, Pence and Duncan, are great as well.

Dr Duncan was very friendly and actually listened to what the patient needed. Based on that he was then able to set up a plan that worked both teeth wise and $ wise he was awesome

Excellent visit for a cleaning. Anna who is new was very good. She could be an engraver, precise and strong! This was the first visit when I never felt a stab below the gum line. 5-stars

My wife and I are now patients of Dr. Barry Duncan. We are extremely impressed with him, Dr. Pence, and their whole staff. Everyone is very pleasant and supportive. Dr. Duncan is extremely qualified, very considerate, and has a great chairside manner. Their office is also very beautiful and comforting. We want to highly recommend the Biltmore Dental Group, and we want to thank them very much for their fine service and compassion.

I went on Tuesday at to get my teeth cleaned. I didn't know that he my dental hygienist retired. So I have a new one and she is awesome. She took her time asked me me several times if I was okay. She did a great job. Very pleased with her.

While on vacation from Chicago to explore Asheville, I needed to address a dental issue that arose on the first day after arriving here. I was fortunate to have found this practice. Arrangements were made to see me as soon as possible and I was very, very pleased with their care. My issue was resolved quickly and with a friendly and professional attitude. If I lived in Asheville, I would choose them as my full time dentist.

Literally, I haven't been to a dentist in years. It wasn't until I broke a front tooth recently that I was forced to reach out and find a dentist due to the embarrassment. Thank the Good Lord above I was directed to Biltmore Dental Group. These people are the kindest, most down to Earth medical professionals I have ever met..Ever!! I was treated with the upmost respect and human kindness. Believe me, I was worried about the office visit because of my teeth being in such poor shape. I am so happy to have a plan to recover my smile. God bless Dr. Pence and his precious dental hygienist. They are wonderful! Each and every person at this Dental Group care. Try them. You will never regret your decision. I promise!

I was very pleased to find Biltmore Dental Group. I was just randomly going down the list of in-network dentists that accepted my insurance and was very frustrated because I could not get an appointment after calling about 15 offices. Then I called Biltmore and was able to get an appointment next day since it was considered an emergency. The staff were pleasant and professional and Dr. Duncan did a great job restoring my front tooth. And all of this was fully covered by my insurance with no out of pocket costs to me. I already have my next appointment and will be making an appointment for my wife today. Even though their office is an hour drive from my home in Burnsville it is well worth the trip for the quality service they provide.

My first visit to this office and I left very happy. The front desk girls were friendly and helpful. The hygienist was professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend this office to anyone without hesitation.

My dental hygienist was very good, very thorough. She spent a good amount of time beforehand studying my X-rays and new patient paperwork. I feel that she took great care in the cleaning. I met the dentist briefly and he was very professional and welcoming.
