I went to this office a month or so ago, and didn't receive the treatment I went in for and was still charged for the visit . Well now there's more to the story, I went to have a tooth pulled at another dentist after being told by teets that it was a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed, I went to the the new dentist only to be told they misdiagnosed the wrong tooth and it didn't need to be pulled just filled. The lady at the counter is very condescending and dismissive of my needs at teets and now this. I am beyond furious. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place is dated and does not care about your needs, most of these 5 star reviews are bogus and they pay to remove negative reviews, so this one may not stay up long. And I'd appreciate if "Cindy" wouldn't respond and tell me how I'm wrong and what they "strive" to do.

I usually don't like going to a dentist but Biloxi family dental Care has changed my opinion. The office is calm and peaceful. The staff is caring and sensitive to your needs. Dr Teety is very gentle and listens to your concerns. I will gladly be going back to the dentist I highly recommend Biloxi family dental Care

I am very picky about where I go to the dentist. I used to work in a high pressure and stressful optometrist office so when I walk into an office I always observe the atmosphere, staff, environment, etc. to give me cues as to how they treat their patients and how they conduct their business. I was SO incredibly impressed with Dr. Teet's office! The staff are friendly and not rushed and so kind. My hygienist took time to answer my questions and even gave me advice on how to help my toddler's with brushing their teeth! She was very gentle with the cleaning I didn't feel any pain through the entire thing or even any discomfort. Also, the last dentist I went to said I needed all the fillings replaced in my mouth, and also wanted to work on 3 cavities. It was going to take multiple visits and cost me some money. To my surprise and pleasure, Dr. Teets explained to me that the fillings were completely fine and the cavities were so preliminary that with proper care they could go away on their own and didn't need to have work done on them. The sign of a Doctor being honest and not taking advantage of another opportunity to make money from an additional procedure is SO appreciated! They take appointments very seriously because unlike other dentists, they don't double book or overbook appointments to compensate for missed appointments. They inform you that you are the one and only person on your appointment slot so take their word for it and respect it because I really was treated like I had their undivided attention, and that's rare in this time. I would recommended them to anyone wanting a quality dentist experience.

Did not do what I ask, charged my card anyway. Place used outdated equipment. Dentist is beyond retirement and the wife at the front desk is very rude. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have never been to a more pleasant dental office. From the front office ppl, hygienist, and Dr Teets dental assistant, by far the best in the business. Dr Teets is so warm and welcoming and a wonderful dentist. I'm so thankful to have such an experienced team working with me to see my dental issues. Thank you

Absolutely great experience! I was a bit nervous since I was long overdue for a dental cleaning and checkup. All the staff were nice and made me feel comfortable. My my dental hygienist was gentle and personable! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dentist!

The people at this Dental Clinic are very professional and respect their patients (Me) with a great amount of gratitude. Dr Teets and everyone else that works there are head and shoulders above any place else I have been. Thank all of you very much.

Very friendly staff. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but my overall experience was very pleasant. The hygienist was very gentle and explained everything she was doing. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable about insurance plans and well verse with working with members of the military. Will definitely go again.

I am huge on Customer service in any aspect! When i say This Dentist office is beyond Amazing, i don't say that lightly! I felt welcomed from the first phone call , they ask about your needs and listen ! From the moment i walked in the front door until the time i walked out i felt that i was a person and not just a patient! Truly remarkable on me having an issue while working overnight and at 9:30 am i was getting a called and they got me right in for 11:30 ! Everyone in that office was genuine! I love it , made me happy even while in pain. I didn't think going in that i would actually love going too see the dentist due too past issues of me feeling like no one truly cared . I can't not say this enough of how much i truly appreciate the effort that was put in to make sure That i was their top priority! Highly recommended just based off the simply fact that they exceeded all expectations.

I have not been to the dentist during the pandemic do to concerns of safety for my family and I (we are higher risk) and this office has been very accommodating and very sensitive with my concerns. They are also doing well to implement safety procedures as well. Very satisfied and will continue to see them while my family is here.

Don't worry about pain or discomfort because both Dr teeth and the hygienist are very gentle but thorough.
