I love this doctor and all of that staff. Every time I need to go in last minute with any little issue they take my daughter right in with no hesitation. They are an amazing staff they're always happy and make my daughter feel completely comfortable when she is on their chair and I just want to thank them for that! I have recommended tons of people to them because how great they are with kids and I will continue to do so!

We had three consultations with other orthodontists prior to choosing Dr Bilous' office. From day one they have been polite, professional and caring. The treatment has been above and beyond and not only has the level of care been exceptional, the office staff have gone out of their way so many times for us. We walked in with quite a challenge for them and the beautiful smile I'm seeing, and the confidence it has given my child has exceeded our expectations!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain every procedure in detail. I love that Dr. Bilous backs me up as a mom when I'm trying to get my son to floss and brush better and the dangers of sugar. Love this office!

We love Monica she's like part of the family I feel comfortable with her. I have to say I don't like not being able to go back with my son or don't always get to talk to who worked on my son but good ole Monica always saves the day and reassures me and answers any questions concerns I might have.

3rd child with braces and her progress is amazing. We are in the 2nd phase process for my youngest but my oldest and middle daughter started there from the beginning. They always do a phenomenal job and explain the situation clearly and answer any questions. Dr. Bilous and her staff are friendly and are always willing to assist you.Dr. Harel is down to earth and engaging. You won't be disappointed.
