Born and raised in Poughkeepsie and Hyde Park, NY, Dr. Victor Nesheiwat is a lifelong resident of Dutchess County. He graduated from Franklin Delanor Roosevelt High School in 1999 and Dutchess County Community College in 2002. From there, he pursued and received a bachelors degree in 2002 from New York University. After finishing his undergraduate program, he continued his education at NYU, and graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2006.
Dr. Gisha Varghese is a New York native. She attended Adelphi University and graduated with her bachelors degree in 2014. She then headed to Philadelphia where she attended the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry. Upon graduating in 2018, Dr. Varghese moved back to New York and attended the Bronxcare Hospital general practice residency program for one year. She is a current member of the American Dental Association and resides in Rockland County, NY with her family.

I don't know why, but I have always hated going to the dentist. The last two times I have been to Billings Dental, I have left with a smile on my face and felt like I could go to the dentist without hating it. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and the dentist is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he cares about giving you the best option for YOU. Thank you Billings Dental!

My experience was awesome. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I am so happy that I found this dentist that would take my insurance after my past dentist refused to honor the previous rates set by my insurance keeping in mind that I have top of the line dental (Premier) insurance.

I have been going to Billings Dental for over 5 years now, even my kids are happy to go there. So happy I found them, and I don't mind driving an hour to get there for the quality service. Carolina the dental hygienist does a very thorough job with a lot of care.

Best dental experience ever! My son is 3 and this was his first teeth cleaning. I was nervous but the staff at check in immediately welcomed us in and into the playroom while we waited. The playroom was clean and full of new toys. Our wait was short and then the hygienist brought us to a clean, new exam room where she explained everything to him. She was patient and kind and he got to watch Cocomelon during the cleaning. After his cleaning the dentist came in and was just as gentle and kind. Explaining what he was doing and asking him questions as he checked his teeth. After the visit the hygienist gave him a coin which he was able to use in a slot machine to get a new toy. He was thrilled! This was an easy and fun experience for both of us.
