Erin Carlson Price, DMD, is a sixth-generation Montanan, and her family has been ranching in the Ruby Valley for over 100 years. Dr. Price was raised in Twin Bridges, where her father was a veterinarian and her mother taught second grade. She was active in basketball, volleyball, FCCLA, student government, 4-H, and played the piano and flute. After graduation, she continued to Carroll College, where she worked as an outreach counselor for prospective students. She also studied abroad at the National University of Ireland in Galway, and completed an honors thesis about the effects of heavy metal contamination on soil bacteria.
Dr. Price received her doctorate from Oregon Health & Science University.During her time there, she was active in the American Student Dental Association, serving as the student newsletter editor for two years.She enjoyed participating in and coordinating activity for several outreach programs, mainly those that provided care for underserved populations.She volunteered time on a dental van that traveled to local schools and cared for students that otherwise lacked access to dental care. She received a Certificate of Merit from the Oregon Academy of Pediatric Dentistry at graduation in recognition of her efforts.
Following graduation, Dr. Price joined a group practice in Hillsboro, Oregon.In 2011, Dr. Price purchased Bigfork Dental Center from Dr. Gary McCrummen.Dr. McCrummen and his wife Cheri founded the practice in 1982, establishing a tradition of excellent care in the Bigfork community.Dr. Price is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the First District Dental Society, and she regularly participates in the Kalispell Study Club. She also has participated in advanced training and continuing education with Spear Education and the Dawson Academy.
Dr. Price has been married to Seth, a native of Glasgow, MT, since 2005. Seth is graduate of Portland State University with a degree in civil engineering, and he currently sells residential, commercial, and recreational real estate. Erin and Seth have twin children, Avery and Liam, who are their proudest achievements. They also have a chocolate lab named Ludo and a yellow lab named Stella. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time on Flathead Lake, fishing, camping, hiking, cooking, watching movies, and playing board games. They feel privileged to be able to raise their family in such a special place and are proud to be part of Bigfork's wonderful community!
Lori has joined our team as a part-time dental hygienist. She brings a wealth of knowledge and more than twenty years of experience in dental hygiene to the office. Lori excels at treating patients in all stages of their dental health journey, and she truly enjoys providing individualized care. Count on her for not only an excellent cleaning, but also a multitude of tips and tricks to make home care easier! In her time away from the office, Lori enjoys spending time outside, gardening, and spoiling her family!
Elisabeth (Lizzy) is new to dentistry, but definitely not to patient care, having previously worked in physical therapy and a clinical laboratory. Lizzys calm demeanor and her can-do attitude make her a perfect fit for the office, and she has proven to be a very quick learner! In her spare time, Lizzy enjoys spending time with family, enjoying all that Montana has to offer, and playing with her cute pup!
Joyce has been with Bigfork Dental Center since 1984! She is a wealth of knowledge, and is well versed in topics from insurance to treatment options, and everything in between! Joyce has called Montana home for more than 40 years, but her roots are in Ohio (Go Buckeyes!). When she isnt in the office, she is helping her husband run their bed and breakfast in Troy or spending time with her children or grandchildren. Count on Joyce to help with any questions you may have!

Dr. Price is the best! She and her staff make going to the dentist darn near enjoyable! Yes there are still the tools and the scraping of the teeth, but these folks have a way of making you feel like family from the moment you walk through the door. Dr. Price is professional, friendly, respectful, and works hard to make sure her treatment plan is most suitable for the individual patient. Her staff is second to none with great smiles all around, a testament to the work they do. If you are looking for a great dentist, you've found her.

I went to Dr Price on an emergency for my son who was 16 at the time and newly diagnosed diabetic. We were in her office within an hour and she was working on him. She was so kind and helpful and really wanted the best for my son.

They took great care of me. Unfortunately I have a low income and needed to go to community health center instead. They gladly gave me a refund and were very understanding about my financial situation.
