Dr. Thomas Bigelow was born and raised in Stanwood, Washington. He obtained his D.M.D at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2008. Upon graduation, he searched for a position in central Montana to be closer to family. He landed in Great Falls and served as a general dentist from 2008-2011 before pursuing a career in endodontics.
He was accepted into a two year Endodontic Residency/Masters Program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon completing his endodontic residency in June 2013, he brought his family and new practice back to Great Falls because he thoroughly enjoyed the people and community. He is a highly skilled endodontist is proud to offer superb root canal treatment in the Great Falls area.
Dr. Bigelow is a member of the local 4th District Dental Society, Montana Dental Association (MDA), American Dental Association (ADA), and American Association of Endodontics (AAE). He currently serves on the New Dentist Committee for the MDA.
In his spare time, Dr. Bigelow takes advantage of central Montanas vast opportunities to camp, fish, and hunt. He enjoys spending time swimming, playing at local parks and watching movies with his family.

Dr. Bigelow and assistants were excellent. Pleasant and attention to detail. No pain at all thru a rootcanal.

I showed up to Bigalow's office Friday without a appointment. They had a X-ray 30 min later and did a root canal that afternoon instead of going elk scouting. Zero pain, and 90 percent chewing capability 6 hours later. So thank u dr Bigalow, Katie and the rest of the crew.

I was in danger of losing a molar that is part of a bridge. Dr Bigelow not only saved the tooth but strengthened it. We don't normally think of a visit to the dentist with a smile, but Dr Bigelow, his assistant Katy and cheerful receptionist Sharon made each visit pleasant. Dr Bigelow and the entire staff are amazing!! If you need a root canal done and go anywhere else in Great Falls, you are doing yourself a disservice! Highly recommend

I was referred to Dr. Bigelow to have a root canal redone. After a thorough examination and discussing my options he decided the procedure wasn't necessary. When an endodontist says you don't need a root canal that speaks volumes about his integrity. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bigelow.

I am one of the biggest chickens when it comes to dental procedures, but I must say that the procedure I had done by Dr. Bigelow, was not a bad experience at all. The Dr. and his staff actually speak with you, and seem to care about you as a person. I was scheduled for August, but was put on the call list if there was a cancellation, and was pleasantly surprised when I had a call to come in on the 15th of July. Wonderful customer (patient) service. If, and when, I need another procedure, I will definitely return to Dr. Bigelow's office.
