Big Spring's Dental Clinic use to be a great place to go to for Dental Services but I am currently a patient at that office and here is what they are doing to me they are rescheduling my appointment's and not notifying me about it instead I have to call Big Spring's Dental Clinic and make sure my appointment is still scheduled that day before scheduling a ride with Medicaid Transit to take me out there this has happened to me 4 time's now with rescheduling my appointment's I don't appreciate being treated this way If it hadn't been for them accepting my MO Healthnet Medicaid Insurance I would definetly be going somewhere's else

They ran my insurance out for the year (which pays 1000 dollars on dental work per year). On three fillings. Two of which have failed and they refuse to give me any sort of assistance or refund for further treatment. Now they are sending me a bill because the insurance wouldn't pay 400 dollars for a filling (which I paid 70 cash on at the office as my portion.) never doing business with them again. When did a filling cost as much as a root canal?
