(Original) E ido a esta clinica dental desde hace mas de 2 anos y jamas habia tendido una mala experiencia como la que ayer tuve hice mi cita para la limpieza y un blanqueamiento dental desde hace 6 meses y ayer que fui cuando llegue una senora colombiana que me atendio estaba empezando con el blanqueo y entonces le pregunte si la limpieza era antes o despues ella toda despistada me dijo no hoy solo tienes el blanqueo y le dije que ella estaba equivocado tambien tenia q hacerme la limpieza. Pues como ella seguramente no sabia que iba hacer la limpieza entonces empezo hacermela molesta y apurada,no me la hizo bien le dije que si por favor me podia hacerla limpieza igual como me la habian hecho la vez pasada me dijo que no y empezo con el blanqueo por que queria terminar rapido en fin me hizo muy mala la limpieza dental y el blanqueo no fue lo que esperaba. el servicio alli esta siendo muy malo, no creo volver a esta clinica .

Crown and root canal only lasted 14 months. Office won't stand behind work. Now I am paying 1700.00 to replace the crown and redo the root canal. On Top of that Insurance won't cover it because it was recently done. This isn't how you treat people.

If I could give it zero I would- ( MADE FUN OF AND BULLIED) - I got a root canal earlier in the year I had some personal life problems and needed to get the crown- I waited a tad to long and a little infection set in. I needed a temporary filling, before I could get that- I needed the hole washed out. There was FOOD IN my tooth and when I asked if She could clean it out she refused and proceeded to try and seal it with food. I asked begged her and she claimed she "DIDNT HAVE TIME" Later then had the MANAGER tells me I don't need it filled because my tooth could explode... assuming she was referring to Infection. When I proceeded to try and understand why they were trying to proceed this way- I was snickered and made fun of and antagonized. The manager was going around talking about the severity of my tooth- how ITS JUST A FILLING. To the staff reading this- I simply didn't want my temporary filling closed in with food. It didn't seem logical. I came to them with a serious tooth issue (personal story behind it)I was made fun of and bullied- was talked about behind doors- I scheduled this appointment explaining the severity of it and was told she didn't have time to thoroughly do the procedure. This office is Disgusting. The way I was treated and spoken to Disgusting.

Went in to have xrays and cleaning. They told me I needed a deep cleaning that would cost me out of pocket $500.00. Just left another dentist and did not need a deep cleaning at all. CROOKS!!

First visit here today and everyone was super friendly. I never felt pressured into additional services and thought the final bill was very reasonable. This was the total opposite of my last dental visit at different provider. I would highly recommend them. *revised 8/23/22- Went back today for my cleaning and had a wonderful experience with Ruby. She was kind, patient, and kept me informed about everything she was doing. The whole staff is amazing.

I went there as a new patient and I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was so kind. Ruby did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was so relatable and efficient. The front desk women were great as well. Definitely a great dentist to check out.

Dr. Rasmi Akel is the kind of dentist everyone wants. He is always careful to make his patient's experience comfortable and painless. He has a pleasant personality and explains procedures in a way a layman can understand. All of Dr Akel's office staff are always friendly and professional. I think they are great! That, is very important to me. Dr. Akel's fees are reasonable and I appreciate his caring attitude. I have visited many times through the years and I have had an excellent experience every time. Recently, I made a major decision to get crowns on my front teeth. Dr. Akel and his staff, explained everything, including the cost, clearly prior to the procedures so I felt comfortable enough to move forward. There were no hidden costs or up-charges and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY NEW SMILE. I am grateful to Dr. Akel and his staff for their caring attitudes, professionalism, integrity and superior results. The hygienists at Big Smile, are also outstanding! Elvira, is always detailed and thorough. I can feel how clean my teeth are when she is finished. Additionally, on occasion, I have had other dentists at Big Smile work on my teeth and, in my humble opinion, they too were excellent. Without a doubt, Big Smile Dentistry is always a five-star experience.

It's been a while since I've been to the dentist due to my apprehension. In addition, I am insecure about my smile. I had by far the best experience with my hygienist Maria. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns and fears. The cleaning was painless and was very thorough. I will be sending my whole family here.

This place is amazing!! Everyone is super friendly and funny too they always keep the positive energy going. Ruby and Celeste were amazing! They helped me and treated me and I got say they results are so noticeable. I highly recommend you check them out you won't be disappointed.
