Dr. Carter Waller was born in Sasebo Japan. Due to his father's occupation, he was able to travel and live all over the world during his childhood. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology from The University of Utah. Dr Waller attended University of Florida Dental School and graduated in 1999. After a short period in a multi doctor practice in Tampa FL, Dr Waller opened up his own practice in Fredericksburg Virginia.
Dr Waller continues to learn about the constant advancements in dentistry by building on his education attending various continuing education courses. These include implants, endodontics, and Clear Correct aligners.

Dr. Waller and his outstanding team are by far the most caring dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Waller is a very caring and compassionate dentist and a perfectionist!! I recently moved to Nashville, and I am going to continue to return to Virginia to maintain my dental care with his office. I look forward to my visits to their office because I know I will be treated with kindness and fairness in all aspects of my dental needs. THANK YOU DR WALLER AND CHRISTY and the rest of the outstanding team for providing a great service to the community!! You all Rock!!

Dr. Waller is a tremendous dentist, kind & honest. His staff is wonderful, & always returns messages & tries to accommodate my schedule. His office is new & neat & I love their spotted fish in their fish tank. Highly recommend him for kids (10,12y/o) & adults alike.

Dr. Carter Waller is an amazing dentist . I would not settle for any other dentist and would drive as far as it took to see him. He is very friendly and has good prices .

It's always a pleasant experience. I have been going there sense 2011. The staff truly care about there patience and there is never any pressure. Dr Waller is amazing with my girls, they are at ease there.

I've been going to Dr. Waller and recently to Dr. Edwards for the past 12 years. I would not go anywhere else for my dental work. Both dentists are very cordial, are extremely good at giving novocaine shots (don't feel them), work with you and your insurance to accommodate your dental needs/priorities, and look at options to save you money. Highly recommend either Dr. Waller, or Dr. Edwards!

Big Smile Dental is an awesome place. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They make you feel welcome and I'm comfortable going there. Dr. Waller is my dentist and I like him a lot. He doesn't try to pressure you into anything. Today, I had to make an emergency visit there and I had to see Dr. Edwards. She was absolutely wonderful. She was personable and very friendly. She made me feel relaxed. I believe the name of the person who was helping her was Dave. He did my x-rays and was in the room the whole time. He was equally as awesome! I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

I just had my first visit to Big Smile Dental. Within minutes, I felt like I had known the hygienist, my dentist (Dr. Edwards) and Dr. Waller all my life. I was told that I had good dental hygiene; I had never been told that before, and, believe me, I have been to many dentists throughout my 70 years on this earth. Great place, great people, and great dental care. Love this place!
