Everyone was really nice and professional. I came in to get a cap and filling, and it came off a week later. I though they would charge me again for the same job, but they re fixed it free of charge. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, and they did an exceptional job

When Bob Sharp was there, even after he retired, it was one of the best dental offices in BR. Since he passed away, the business has gone down rapidly. The last time I was there I mentioned this, and one of the employees agreed. Bob Sharp would be ashamed if he saw his business today. Two years ago I was told I had a cavity. I ask about it everytime I go there, but they don't seem to know what I'm talking about. The last time I was there, I was told I needed a root canal as a preventative measure. What? Also, still no cavity discussion. After reading the other comments I'm inclined to think that root canals are their "bread and butter" procedure. My husband and I are going somewhere else, even though we have been going here for several years.

The dental hygienist I had was great but the dentist is like others who are just looking for your money and aren't concerned about their patients. She made me feel like I was just there to boost her business and when I had a cavity filled, I was told that if I had any problems, to come back and it would be covered under the initial fee for the filling. When I actually did have a problem, the receptionist made me feel like my opinion was invalid and that I would be charged for wasting the dentist's time, and not covered like I'd been told. I won't be going back here.

I went here to get dental work done before going back overseas to Taiwan. Should have just got it done in Taiwan. I did not have time to come back and address the issues before flying out, probably a good thing since they couldn't even do a filling correctly. For two months after every time I chewed anything I would get nerve pain through all the teeth they worked on. All three fillings failed, and one was drilled so deep that the filling went into the pulp of my tooth, I had to have a root canal done to fix it and a crown afterwards. Terrible work, I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. Luckily I have good insurance, so it only has cost me a lot of time in a dental chair.

My son and I have been patients of this dental office for over ten years. I stay because of the great dental hygienists. I have not had any extensive work done in my mouth to experience any of the new dentist that now work here. I have had many dentist appointments rescheduled for my son and I at the last min due to someone's vacation. When I make my appointments I make them six months in advance, when they call to cancel my appointment and reschedule due to someone's last min vacation they ask what time I would like to schedule my appointment. I ask for the mid day seeing how six months ago that is the time I had. Most often (like every time) the response that is given to me is "we can not grantee that time for you because people make there appointment six months in advance". My response every time is "so you canceled my appointment I made six months in advance and ask me what time I would like and then tell me I can not have it." More often then not (like every time) I have to schedule my appointment around what works best for others. I find this irritating because if I canceled on them last min I would be charged for the appointment I missed due to the practice losing money for the missed appointment. To reschedule my appointment during my work time is costing me an hour of pay. Not to mention it take three hours of work to pays for my teeth cleaning. My time is not as important as your front desk receptionist? There email/texting services does not work. I was emailed three times to confirm my appointment I canceled. I was texted three times to confirm my appointment I canceled. I did, however, confirm my email and text notification telling them I would be at this appointment I rescheduled. I was thinking maybe someone forgot that I called and reschedule, and my schedule opened up and I was able to take this appointment. Win win I thought. When I showed up for this appointment that I confirmed twice through email and twice through text, I was told they do no have an appointment for me. I then showed the receptionist my email and text messages on my phone. She informed me that, when the system they use calls them, they will cancel because they are having a lot of issues with this service. I then asked what about my time for showing up and being her on time? What am I to do now? Do I just go home? She says "yes, I have no appointment for you". She made me feel that my inconvenience was the least bit of her worries, and that it was my fault. I went home wondering.. who answers these email/text alerts? No one could call and let me know that the two emails and two text messages I confirmed had been canceled on there end? Where is the communication on there end? I switched dentists and I am very sad to leave my dental hygienist but not the receptionist. Very irritated, loyal patient.

I am in the dental business and can honestly say that Dr. Scharp, Dr. Black, Dr. Gould and Dr. Wagner with all of their supporting staff are the best I have ever seen! They always exceed my expectations, each visit!

I received a dental implant here and the financial coordinator did a great job showing me my insurance coverage and breakdown! Dr Gould did a great job placing it!
