Diane is our senior financial and insurance coordinator , she has over 28 years of extensive experience with all kind of insurances. The dedication that she has to our patients needs is incredible. The knowledge and care that she has for our patients make her valuable member to our team.
Stephanie has five years of experience. She prepares treatment room for patient by our routine prescribed procedures and protocols. Also, she Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.

A seasoned professional, she completed several procedures in 2 hours and was very kind and understanding, regarding my wandering tongue. You can't find a more a more caring & responsive office staff. Kudos to Dianne. Overall, a very pleasant experience with no pain or the rush or agitation some times are prone too. I highly recommend Dr. Bigdel(s) & their professional staff.

You must experience Big Dental Group on your own. I felt comfortable the moment I walked through the door. Everyone there works we'll together just listening how they communicate with one another you no right away you're in good hands. And that's before you get to the dentist chair . I will continue with Big Dental until maybe they refer me to another dentist. 5 star

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! They are unprofessional and unethical. I had an appointment for a cleaning and the hygienist told me I needed Arastin for a cost of $500! I asked if they checked with my insurance, she didn't answer and just said okay we'll just a cleaning. But all she did was polish my teeth - took about two minutes, then said you're done! I asked to speak to the dentist, told her what happened and she just said that's cause you refused the treatment. Unbelievable. I don't know how they got any star over one.
