Robert grew up in the farming community of Connell, WA. At a young age, he learned the value of hard work and treating individuals with respect. He is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and the prestigious Case Western School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Robert and his wife Krista, have four young children. Faith is an important part of their everyday lives.
In his free time, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything involving the outdoors. Laid back and easygoing, Robert finds the good in any situation and loves helping patients here in the KittitasValley.
Carla moved to Ellensburg after being raised in eastern Montana. She attended Carroll College in Helena, Mt. and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dental Hygiene. She likes working in her yard, hiking, snowshoeing, hanging out with her family, and of course dental hygiene! She enjoys getting to know her patients as a 'person' and using what she learns about them to help them improve their oral hygiene. She looks forward to being your dental hygienist and hopes she can help you achieve an optimum level of oralhealth.
Mackenzie was born and raised in Ellensburg. After graduating from Ellensburg High School, she pursued her passion for dentistry and received her Dental Hygiene degree from Yakima Valley Community College in 2014. Mackenzie married her high school sweetheart in December 2014 and they welcomed their first child in December of 2017.
She enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, going for walks and working in the garden. She loves getting to know her patients, working alongside a great team and hopes to make everyone's experience at Big Country Family Dentalenjoyable.
Hannah grew up on the west side of the mountains but loves the outdoor opportunities and small-town feel of Ellensburg. She received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University. She enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level, while working with them to obtain optimum oral health, and a beautiful smile.In her free time, she can be found outside hiking, riding dirt bikes, waterskiing, camping, fishing, and hunting.
Kylie was born and raised in Ellensburg on her family's farm, then completed her dental hygiene schooling at Columbia Basin College in the Tri-Cities. She is a lover of country music and sunshine, and in her free time she enjoys photography, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Kylie enjoys the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, and loves getting to know them while helping them maintain a healthy and happy smile.
Stacey was born and raised on a hay farm here in the Kittitas Valley! Stacey started at Big Country Family Dental in the early part of 2020.She has been in the dental field as a dental assistant for over 20 years. Stacey strives to provide quality and compassionate care to all the patients.
Outside the office, Stacey enjoys time with her family which include her husband, Josh and two girls Natalie and Makenzie. In her free time, she loves working in her cut flower garden, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
Tiffany is the office manager at Big Country Family Dental. She has worked in dentistry for more than 18 years and loves her job! Helping people find ways to improve their smile or overall oral health on a daily basis is very rewarding! She loves the relationships that she has with our patients and truly enjoys them every day. She was born in California but has lived in Ellensburg for most of her life. Together with her husband, they have 3 amazing kids that they love dearly and spend as much time with as possible. In her free time, she can be found attending dirt bike races with her family as well as camping, hiking andtraveling.

Dr. MOON & his staff are incredible! I had a tooth pulled and a tooth prepared for a final crown with a temporary crown. Absolutely no pain! From the injections to extraction to prep work drilling, NO PAIN! THANK YOU for a wonderful dental experience again!

Carla, the hygienist, was great. I've been going to her specifically for years. This particular time Dr. Moon was not in the office, so this rating only applies to the hygienist. She is professional, friendly, competent and very efficient.

Called in early morning to have them look at a broken tooth. They worked every angle to get me in and spent approximately 2.5 hours working to repair not 1 but 2 broken teeth on an emergency basis. Never once complained about the work disruption that my emergency represented to them. Highly recommend having this team in your court for dental services.

Dr. Moon is the best! His painless treatment and expertise in his profession is above reproach! He identified an issue and I was ever so thankful that it saved me a future issue. The hygienists are excellent and this visit, Lilly was the best and took good care of me and always made sure I was comfortable.

Excellent experience. I brought 5 shildren in at the same time ages 2-11, the staff made each one feel comfortable. The facility is welcoming, clean, and inviting. The large play area, just far enough away from the main waiting area to keep an eye on things without disturbing other patients, was stocked with comfy bean bags, coloring books and toys. The kids loved it. The doctor took the time to explain x-rays to me and the kids.

BCFD is an amazing place! My first visit was today. I was greeted with friendly faces and the entire time I was there for my new patient appointment, the staff was incredibly kind and informative. Lili took my X-rays and she made them as comfortable as possible, she was empathetic and assured me she would accommodate me in anyway to make sure that I was comfortable. My hygienists was Kylie, she is very knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and my cleaning was very comfortable. Dr. Moon is efficient, personable, and very genuine. I've tried other places in Ellensburg, and this is without a doubt the place that I will make my dentistry home. Thank you BCFD!
