I am a new patient at this office and everyone was very welcoming! My hygienist Peggy is amazing and she made me feel comfortable. My teeth were not in the best condition and she did not pass judgement. I will continue to use Big Bend Dental Care.

I have been going to Big Bend Bend dental for a long time now and love their staf. Update 09/22/22 I just came from Big Bend Dental and Dr Kramer and Hygienist Monica (sp?) we're awsome as usual, but it was a sad visit since Dr. Kramer is retiring after tomorrow. Good luck to you Dr. Kramer enjoy your future with n retirement and take care of yourself. You will be missed!

I went in this morning for a cleaning. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Dr. Kramer was wonderful as usual and my teeth feel super cleaning and healthy! Thank you Big Bend Dental Care!!

I've never cared to have dental work done, but this office has made each visit very pleasant and professional. My hygienist is an absolute peach, and explains everything to me in a way that I can understand. The doctors are always polite and they put you at ease, because they are more than able to explain any questions I have. I love this office and plan to go as long as I live in the area! 69

They accommodated me with an emergency appointment. Got me in two from my call. Staff is efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I had a tooth partially break off. Dr. Erokwu did her best but the tooth is just wouldn't budge and she was compelled to refer me to the oral surgeon. I like these people and will return for my my regular check ups

Very friendly front office staff. Was taken to exam room promptly after arriving. Friendly competent dental hygienist. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Erokwu for the first time. Was impressed by her friendliness. She made me feel comfortable during the exam.

Worst experience.You step into this office with 1 dental issue and they make it a 10.There is no emergency dental service as mentioned on the website.The doctor does not understand the concern or the urgency of the issues and let's it complicated untill it get to its worst.On top of this ,for any blunders, mishapsor inefficiency of the front desk and doctors,they blame it right on the patient.Highly disrespectful and do not treat patients even like human beings with no concern for their issues whatsoever.Fyi to this doctor who kept saying the pain will go away one week after the crown-The pain has gotten worse and I am having to head to the dental urgent care now to fix up all the mess and you have done so far.Thanks! 1.Dr Renu does an xray and suggest cleaning up the decay on the tooth surface 2. At this point she does not ascertain there is an infection in the root and that a root canal was definitely needed. 3 She does the clean up on the tooth surface and puts a crown. Few weeks later ,abscess in the gums show an underlying infection in the root of this tooth that was treated.., the only possibility being that this unqualified doctor either did not care to treat the infection entirely or she caused the infection to occur at the time of the procedure at her office. DO NOT believe the response provided here frommthe offic..just an eyewash,nobody even responds when we call the number provided here.With all the proof I have and reports from other dental offices, I will take strict action against this doctor,file the report with the insurance, and the practice for handling patients so irresponsibly and then trying to blame them by falsifying the unformation.Very fraudulent business not patient care.

These women sure know what they are doing and are very friendly. It may sound like they are speaking French but it just means they are super smart. Take a quick visit up there and I promise you will feel better

First time patient. Found practice to be highly professional but still very friendly. Latest technology used with no pressure for add on services. I have already recommended to others.
