Having practiced orthodontics for more than 19 years, I am excited to offer Prosper residents a place where they can attain their best smile in a compassionate and fun environment. Originally from Chicago, I knew as a teen that I wanted to be an orthodontist.My neighborwas anorthodontist and he gave me theconfidence and reassurance by volunteering in his office that being an orthodontist was my calling. I love watching patients' confidence and self esteem grow as their smile is enhanced and I strive togive every patientan uplifting and enjoyable experience during their orthodontic care, regardless of their age. My family moved to Prosper where we call home and we look forward to serving you here at BIETSCH Orthodontics.

I am specialized to work with varying degrees of orthodontic correction, so if your child has overcrowding, a misaligned bite, or requires unique treatment such as dentofacial orthopedicsor orthodontic surgery, I want to reassure you that we have a solution!
My practice offers both metal and clear braces, as well as Phase 1 and Phase 2 pediatric orthodontic treatments to prepare the mouth for life-long correction. Regardless of age, you'll be making trips to my practice throughout your treatment process, and that is why we offer a welcoming, family environment that is positive, engaging, and fun. We don't want you to dread coming to the orthodontist, we want you to look forward to it! I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CAand earned my specialty in Orthodontics Certification from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. While attending the University of Pennsylvania, I also served as Chief Resident. I decided to start my own personal practice here in Texas and chose the North Texas community of Prosper because of the warm, friendly community and focus on family. Since day one of opening my practice doors, I've corrected countless bites, created stunningly beautiful smiles, and have maintained relationships with my patients while helping them live their lives with confidence!
When I am not creating beautiful smiles, you can find me enjoying the outdoors with my wife, Bianca, and my four sons. My favorite outdoor activities include boating, mountain biking, basketball, and camping. I am also a loyal Chicago Bears and Chicago Blackhawks fan. Ortho can be scary for kids who are nervous about dental visits. Dr. Bietsch and his wife took SUCH great care of our daughter on that first evaluation and have been so wonderful on every subsequent appointment. I fully prepared myself for the worst by watching videos and trying to think of all the scary things and how to coach my daughter through it - but in reality, it was a 30 minute appointment to get an expander in and teach me how to turn it and she felt ZERO pain! Can't recommend this team enough. They truly care for your kids and we are HUGE fans!

We had just stopped without an appt and even though they weren't open, Kirsten opened the door and assisted us. She made us feel welcome and she was so pleasant even though we interrupted her. From the first appt to this, we have felt nothing but professionalism and friendliness. We love Bietsch!

I can't say enough great things about the Bietsch Orthodontics group. Dr. Bietsch is amazing but his staff as a whole just made the entire 2 years sooo easy. My daughter was 8 when she started the process to correct her crossbite and straighten her teeth. Everything went perfectly and she just got her retainer. Very happy kid :)

Bietsch and his staff are so welcoming, nice, and really friendly! I got braces around two years ago and my teeth have gotten so much better and I've felt way more confident about them.

We love Dr Bietsch and his staff. My wife got her braces a little over a year. My son got his braces today. Everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful. I am glad my wife and son are in amazing place for their braces.

Here for my son's braces. He does not like the orthodontist - we have been to many in the past. But, he enjoys coming here. The staff is friendly and attentive. We feel lucky that he is treated here.

We are new to the orthodontics world, but so far have loved every minute! The office is clean, inviting, fun, and the staff is so friendly. The braces process is clearly explained every step of the way. We always know what to expect. We are very pleased we picked Bietsch! We also love that they come to our child's school for quick appointments. *BONUS while I was waiting during my child's appointment, I got to sample a free whitening tray. I wish I took before pictures because I can already tell a difference! I have very sensitive teeth and since these work from the inside of the tooth to whiten, I did not feel any sensitivity. Great product!

The the doctor and his wife walked into Supercuts in Prosper and treated all of us so low and then had the audacity to turn around and ask us if we knew who they were as if they were famous or something. Narcissism at its worst. We didn't know that being an orthodontist made you so famous and special.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Bietsch and the staff at Bietsch Orthodontics. They genuinely care about their patients. It feels more like family. Staff is friendly and puts patients at ease. Treatment was thoroughly explained and I had clear expectations as to how long my treatment should last. I was most impressed by how Dr. Bietsch a weekend emergency I had. He truly cares and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering orthodontia. Thank you for taking such great care of me!
