My wife attended this facility to get a wisdom tooth extracted, and it has been a horrible experience so far. She was rushed through being told they may not be able to do it because they won't have time for other patients, (she was there at her scheduled appointment time). She is now at the emergency room for possible infection, because there is no one that can see her at biem care for a WEEK. I never write bad reviews, but this was a horrible experience for my wife, from the start.

Good service, but somehow afterwards I didn't receive my pain med prescriptions, so I had to go to the ER, to hold me over. Still haven't been able to get them. I guess make sure you get a paper copy. Not trying to focus on the negative, the place was clean, and the staff was great overall. I'm just in ongoing pain atm.

Amazing staff!! Made me feel very relaxed (huge fear of dentist) and got my teeth pulled in record time! Thank you so much! I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone that has a fear come here, they work wonders!

This was the best experience that I've ever had at a dentist office. All the staff were very welcoming and I have never felt more safe with a dentist then I did today. She was very gentle and professional. I had to get two teeth extracted and no judgment was passed. She made sure I wasn't in any pain during the procedure. Thank you very much for being so kind. I was in pain after and the office called me back and made sure everything was taken care of. Everyone in this office was very professional and had great bedside manners.

Was very nervous for my extraction but had a couple awesome ladies taking care of me. They walked me through it and it was over before I knew it! Would definitely recommend

Clean, quiet and professional establishment. The people are calm and patient with their clientele. I was in and out of my tooth removal appointment quickly and as painlessly as possible.

The service was great! I had my wisdom teeth removed. They answered any questions I had, gave very clear post op instructions, and were overall very supportive. Great service!

What an absolutely amazing experience we (mom and daughter) had here. I couldn't be more thankful for the understanding staff and outstanding doctor who was so patient and kind. We have had MANY bad experiences getting teeth pulled and went in with a handful of concerns. To them, it was a cake walk and we left with the goal achieved one happy kiddo.

I went in with so much pain and was scared. The entire staff was amazing! The dentist was very reassuring and so kind and understanding. I had to have my tooth removed and I can't say enough about how easy and pain free she made it! I cant say I have ever said a trip to the dentist was enjoyable, but it was! I have told everyone I know to go here, because from the check in to the procedure, they were all so great.

This was my first experience with Biemcare.. I was very nervous and a little scared about my extraction.! The Receptionist also the dental assistant was very polite assured me that all is fine.. very well communicative on everything.. From the time you walk in - time you leave..The dentist was very polite, answered all questions, very well organized and communication was great!! She is very good and confident in what she does.. made feel like "I'm good hands!"! It was done in less than 10 minutes(wow) I feel fine this morning!! Thank you !! what a great team!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs surgery or extractions .. Thank you!! Sincerely, Robin Rice.

There is so much to say. First , Dr. PERRYMAN, is the Bomb dot com. She listens, she tells you like it is with a caring tone, she is no nonsense, and she is great at her job. The symbol you will see often in her office is, two hands gently holding a tooth...and that perfectly describes the feeling I had from the moment I walked into Biem care....like I was in good hands!! From the decor, to the staff. BIEM CARE IS HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE VERY BEST PLACES TO GO FOR YOUR ORAL HEALTH NEEDS. I was nervous, and embarrassed, and scared.....that all went away very quickly. Thank you Dr. Perryman , and your staff!! I hope to come in again to show off my new chompers!!

I had a good experience here getting a molar pulled. The doc, assistant, and front desk staff were amazing. They met me where I was at with my nerves and answered all my questions. Every time I called prior to the appointment, I had a friendly person on the other side. Also, they take Medicare and Medicaid! Only ones in this county!
