It was a great visit. Dr Luke Hearty was very nice and explained everything clearly. It was a pleasure meeting him. The assistant and the girls at the front desk were very nice too.

I was seeing C. Nassif for years,and he was excellent but he wasn't available.. to answer your response.......I was there for a procedure 10/3/22. and I will be happy to discuss the matter via phone.

Love Dr. Cris Nassif. He is kind and gentle. Make me feel good when I go there. Yes I have a big dental fear. Dr. Nassif knows this and makes me feel calm while working on my teeth. The office staff is very nice and kind.

I have recieved dental care here periodically throughout my life and always recieved great care. HOWEVER, I called to try to schedule an appointment for my daughter and was told the soonest appointment would be December (which is fine, not upset about that). When I started to respond, the receptionist hung up before I could even ask any other questions. I was stunned that they would just hang up the phone. See, I have been a patient and personally am experiencing dental pain and was trying to also be seen, but I never had a chance to speak. So now, I am looking for a new dentist.

Best Damn dentist I've had in many years. Every time I go in for a visit, it's always a nice atmosphere. Everyone is upbeat with a smile. Never have I had a problem in the years of service. The Doc. will take care of all your dental needs. Also it is fairly priced, now in these times that is a necessity.

I've been taking my family here for a few years now, pre covid they were phenomenal. Ample parking, quick visits, friendly staff. I don't know if they changed management or if the masks have restricted oxygen flow to the reception staff. They canceled a cleaning a few weeks out due to covid, the next appointment was 8 months. I accept. I get emails and texts to which I respond to confirm my appointment. The day before, I get a call saying they need my insurance information although.... I've been going to them for years and nothing has changed. I ask them to call me back in an hour, the person states that they close early at 230, it was 1230 at the time. The person states that they've been trying to contact me for 2 weeks now to obtain this information but my phone was off. I explained that it was not and that in fact I responded to emails and texts using the same exact phone that we were currently speaking on. The person then said I had to call them back and the insurance input would be an hour. I didn't call or receive a call like requested. I call the next day, day of appointment, 1.5 hours in advance explain that im calling to confirm and provide the information they already have. The person explains again that they have been attempting to contact me to no avail and I just say that I'm calling now to provide the information so there's no problem when I arrive. They then explain that the insurance takes 2 hours and that I would now have to pay out of pocket for their mistakes. I ask if this was the same person who called me yesterday and they replied no. Once I knew it was the entire staff that was too incompetent to know how to tell time, dial a phone, AND type, I canceled my appointment and any for my family because I don't trust them with any procedures.

So my brother got the boot because they are not flexable with the mental health needs of people. Miss 3 appointments regardless of reason even if you've been a client of theirs for almost 30 years with no past due bills no issues just missed a few appointments because mental health your gone. Nice "Family business" What's the point Multiple calls the manager is never there, he never gets a call back.

The Best Dentist in town. Dr. Nassif has been voted a top Dentist for the last 4 years. In my opinion, the reason he has a top spot, is not only for his apparent talent in dentistry, but for his honesty, integrity, and kindness.

I have been a patient of Dr Nassif's for about 30 years. He is wonderful. Due to inherited dental conditions, I have had major issues over the years. I cannot imagine going through all that with any other dentist. His assistant Megan is also amazing. Great staff!

Scheduling all over the place. Emergency visits 2 weeks out but after calling back suddenly it's 2 days. Cleaning appointment 4 months out? These people don't need new patients.
