Dr. Bickston is a graduate of Duke University and Medical School of Virginia School of Dentistry. He spent six years in the United States Army including serving with our terrific fighting men in Germany . He has a wonderful family, his wife Susan is his anchor, and they have been married over 25 years. Matthew, Luke, and Ashlye keep him busy. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Bickston has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. He is involved in his church's medical/dental mission trips, loves baseball history/memorabilia, and plays a lot of raquettball...altho a little slower, and with more time-outs since he turned 50..

Sherry and Evenetta have worked with me for over 20 years, and they are the cornerstones of the practice. Sure, as the office manager, Sherry knows insurance inside and out and can explain treatment options, and even make it sound fun, but she likes the relationships that develop with our patients...as she calls in the evenings to make sure everything is OK. (Plus she is proficient with our turbo encabulator). Sherry is the straw that stirs the drink!
Evenetta is my right hand and is so hard working and caring. She loves our patients and answers any of their concerns, and gives out hugs like candy. She is the expert in using our latest technology...the digital scanner which is used for taking super accurate impressions . But holding a patient's hand or laughing with them as they talk about kids, family or church is the human side of our practice that she really excels in.
Dawn is our awesome hygienist. A mother of 3... one of which is a giant and is playing college basketball. Smart and gentle, which is great for our patients because they want to have a good cleaning and learn about dental health but want to be smiling when it's over. She's been with us about 10 years.
Rachel's smile and warm, nurturing heart are such a joy to be around. She never has a bad day and whether she is helping Sherry as our receptionist, or helping Evenetta in the treatment rooms, her upbeat joyful mood is contagious. And it sure helps that she habla Espanol!
Susan is super health conscious, and her passion for healthy living and love of people led her to open The Bella Spa. Located in a private room in the office, she reverses time with some of the coolest technology available. She is the sweetest and nicest, most loving person ...and I should know....she's been my wife over 30 years!

My experience was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice. I had a tooth pulled and Dr. Bickston explained the procedure along the way. They made me feel comfortable.

I have moved around a lot and been to numerous dentists as a result. Dr. Bickston is by far my favorite dentist of them all. He is knowledgeable and personable. His staff are first rate and caring. You won't find a better experience. I guarantee it!

This office has completely blown me away. As soon as I entered the building I was greeted by Sherry at the front desk who perfectly explained what was to be expected for my wisdom tooth extraction. The staff here are very professional and you can tell they love what they do. Dr. Bickston was so funny and kind and he extracted all four of my wisdom teeth and made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I am definitely bringing my children here for their next dental check up!

Just another easy day getting my teeth cleaned. It's was so good to catch up with Sherry and Evenetta. Mark has got a good grew of employees that have cared for me and my family for my whole life. I'm so blessed to know that I'm getting what's best for me when I go for a visit.

Dr. B is the best! Sherry and Aveneda are the sweetest! Love love love the staff! I started seeing Dr B in 1997. I have never gone to another dentist since then! I absolutely hated my teeth as a teenager and DrB helped me get my teeth healthy and cosmetically change the things about my smile I disliked. 23 years later, I have the most PERFECT smile! I highly recommend Dr. Bickston's Dental Office, you will be very please with the kindness of the staff and a very knowledgeable Dentist! Most of my family has used Dr B over the years and never a complaint. Thanks Dr B, Sherry, Aveneda and Staff :)

Great crew been going here for over 20 years and i wouldnt go anywhere else. I make the drive from Mesquite to Grand Prairie and would would go wherever they go if they were to ever move..They have been good to my family they watched my kids grow up daughter 21 yr graduating from college next year and my son 18 yr who is attending college this year..I LOVE THE STAFF/FAMILY!!!!!
