My first experience being put under for wisdom tooth extraction..... Around 2017 I had my top two wisdom teeth removed with numbing only by my old dentist. Never again I said. It hurt, stung, miserable for a few days after. Fast fwd to yesterday....Doc and his team made me feel so comfortable, even with my high anxiety. They said I was going to sleep, I remember thinking, "uhhh I'm still awake here." As they were lowering me back my eyelids shut. I woke up with the nurse and my husband in the room. I don't remember anything until I got home, but my husband said I was in and out. Sedated less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend if you are having your wisdom teeth removed. The numbing didn't start to wear off till about 8pm, and it was slowly wearing off. I still feel pretty good 33 hours post op. I've only taken one pain pill so far and that was because yawning is a big no no lol. I think if it wasn't for the yawn I would still be okay. So far this experience with the Bi State team has been by far my best experience with the dentist extractions. Highly recommend! I would give a 10/10.

The people who work here. Was very Knowledgeable. Very pleasant , very easy going, explain Everything to you. We left out of there knowing everything nothing hidden. Answer all our questions. The x-ray woman was very pleasant and polite. The doctor made sure we knew everything about the surgery, asked did we have any questions. Answering all of them.the young woman. We greeted was a joy. She made me feel good and was very up front about everything. So yes u guys get a 5star from us. We highly recommend Bi-State. Thank u all.

Outstanding Oral Surgeon. Well mannered and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Schlott is highly experienced I wouldn't recommend anyone besides him. Also, kudos to Susie one of his assistants for taking excellent care of his patients.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They are very good at showing me everything and explaining how it works answering all my questions. Being able to see the X-ray of my mouth made it easier to see what is fully going on. Very pleased how the whole process has been I couldn't ask for a better Doctor or staff.

Beginning to end I felt seen, heard, and takin care of. Becky instantly put me at ease and helped me through a difficult situation with a smile in her voice over the phone. All staff were friendly and helpful from the front to the back and I was respected and informed well of all info pertaining to my needs. Dr. Schlots demeanor was comforting and caring, it reduced my stress greatly! Procedure in a few weeks and now my anxiety is in check for it. FANTASTIC STAFF!!

I was supposed to get my two front teeth, and left side roots extracted today. James mathus...my dentist had already sent the referral to your company for this process to happen today. I tried to explain that's what I was there for, but your employees acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I was under the impression that I was getting all the rotten roots taken out come to find out it was only three. I told them they can do that, but I was told they were not going to do it today. I also was charged $59 for info they should have already had. I'm very disappointed in the professionalism your employees showed. I would like to be reimbursed for the $59 for x-rays they should have already had. How are you going to have the referral but no other info that should have came with the referral! Make it Make sense please.

I had two teeth that have been bothering me for the past couple of years. After consulting with my dentist and an endodontist, the recommendation was to have both teeth extracted. I decide to go with dental implants to replace the missing teeth. My dentist recommended Dr. Schlott for the extraction and dental implant surgery. I had significant bone loss and required bone grafts to allow the jawbone to support the implants. I'm happy to report that my new implants are complete. The whole process was a great experience! The staff at Bi-State Oral and Facial Surgery are very friendly and super helpful. Dr. Schlott explained each step of the process. He is a very kind and caring doctor and I believe he is one of the best oral surgeons around. I'm very thankful to have such a great resource available in our area. Great surgeon and awesome team!

Had 3 teeth extracted last week. I have wild dental anxiety and I can't say enough great things about this office! Everyone was so sweet and accommodating and kind, I was in and out of the chair within 40 minutes, and healing up nicely! They were super affordable too! Dr. Schlott and his team are AMAZING!!

I cannot say the experience was pleasant for my family or daughter. My daughter informed me she was asked questions about my employment status and if she was taking birth control during her tooth extraction today. My daughter is 13 years old. Keep in mind these questions were asked while she was waiting to see the oral surgeon. I was not present in the room. Don't think the nurse had any right to ask those questions. Unprofessional and unethical. New patient paperwork was completed on the first day.

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with the care that I have received from Dr. Schlott! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his care!!! Not only has my experience been excellent but the staff is the most kindest and friendliest bunch of people that you ever want to meet!!! Highly recommended!!!!
