Very disappointed with staff and dentist on site. This office does not care about their patient's at all and have caused a plethora of problems. Receptionist is extremely disrespectful and rude. Very unprofessional staff and dental care. Never have seen this type of care given in my life. Not trustable and office is more concerned about financials than the patient's well being. Dentist does not give thorough examinations and you are going to suffer later. Be careful when you walk into this place because they are going to scam/overcharge you. I cannot believe this man and office is still running and is mind blowing how it hasn't been shut down. Do not be fooled and do not go to this place. YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was referred here as I need sedation for fillings due to severe trauma in the past. I needed a tooth pulled and was Terrified. Sonia, the lady who works the front desk and wife of the dentist, actually came in and stayed on her day off to hold my hand! I'd been in before and remembered how anxious I was. She looked up my favorite singer and played him on her phone for me! I was sedated but had dreams of Michael Crawford singing, the Phantom of the Opera. My husband told me afterward that's what she had done. THAT is going above and beyond!!

I was referred here for my daughter to get IV sedation. Not only did they charge me $3,650 for less than 45 minutes of actual sedation, they never sent a request for authorization to perform any work to her insurance so I cannot request any kind of reimbursement and I found out that one of the teeth they were suppose to fill they did not do correctly so now her regular dentist cannot even touch it. If you have a child that is severely frightened of the dentist then do not go to these people. When I asked for an itemized invoice I received one page with 2 line items for IV sedation at $1,825 each and no mention of the actual work performed, now I can see why considering they didn't even do it right. The woman on the phone seemed nice enough when I scheduled the appointment, but never again will I return to that place. The female doctor at the Newark office likes to make comments about patients that have a hard time at the dentist, in front of other people. While I understand the workers will talk about the patients that are a little harder to handle, perhaps you should pay more attention to who you are speaking in front of since one of those patients was my child and it's already frustrating enough to deal with a child that is TERRIFIED of the dentist. Thank you for helping to make an already hard situation much harder. I think they are ripping people off when they have no other options to get the help their children need. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Best dentist I've ever gone to. The staff is nice and the dentist is very nice as well.They are very thorough with x-rays and just the dental work in general.I live almost an hour and a half away from Newark but no one any closer was able to take Medi-Cal and do a root canal for me. They got me in right away and I have no more pain. It's definitely worth the drive.

If there is ever a group of wonderful people that truly love there work and take care of there customers it's the folks at Bhogal Dental group. I sent my son the next day. I am really happy to find this dentistry group. Thanks again for the level of service have anyone call me for a referral.

I am highly satisfied here with their staff and quality care. Every time I come here I deal with extreme dental anxiety but they help me overcome it. I love my visits here!!!

Terrible experience and kept me waiting for 3 hours until I got in the if they did a good job it would not feel like I wasting my time. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience and the front desk and Chinese worker are very unprofessional. I don't recommend you to waste you time or money there.

It was the worst expirence the doctor Bhojal was great but the gentleman chinesse looking dude was not helpful i explain to doctor Bhojal that i didnt have any money with me and he said that they was no problem but when the otehr gentleman came he said there was nothing they can do to ask my family and friend to lend me $650 so i can atleast pay something i was not expecting that i though my medical would cover i came in with a little pain and left with the worst pain i could have imagine i was crying in pain when i left i really did not appriciate that. I will not be coming here agian

I wish i would have know about Dr. Bhogal sooner because he did an excellent job with a complicated extraction that no other dentist i researched would touch. Not only was he extremely quick and efficient, he made me feel comfortable. His office even went out of their way to work out a last-minute out of pocket payment plan. One happy patient!

Got a root canal here dr bhogal made it super painless and simple I was in and out real fast and they jus put my permanent crown in today no problems I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dentist procedures and they made me feel very comfortable the whole time I would definitely recommend this place for your dental work
